AIM To investigate the role of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and its receptor CC chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2) in ethanol-promoted breast cancer angiogenesis and the underlying mechanism. METH?ODS: A mouse model of transplanted breast tumor with moderate alcohol consumption was established. The correlations between the expression of MCP-1/CCR2 and the expression of angiogenesis markers [platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1 (PECAM-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)] in tumor tissues were examined by immunohistochemistry. In vitro , a 3D tumor-endothelial co-culture system was established to observe tumor angiogenesis and the role of MCP-1/CCR2 signaling pathway in alcohol-mediated angiogenesis. The cell migration ability was detected to clarify whether MCP-1/CCR2 enhanced cell mobility to form new vessels. RESULTS MCP-1 and CCR2 were both highly expressed in the breast tumor tissues of tumor-bearing mice consuming alcohol, and their expression levels were consistent with the angiogenic markers PECAM-1 and VEGF (P <0.05). The interaction between mouse breast cancer E0771 cells and endothelial cells was observed to promote angiogenesis in the 3D tumor-endothelial co-culture system with or without alcohol stimulation. MCP-1 promoted this kind of tumor angiogenesis, while CCR2 antagonist effectively inhibited the tumor angiogenesis and especially blocked alcohol-induced angiogenesis. Activation of MCP-1/CCR2 signaling pathway enhanced the migration ability of endothelial cells. CONCLUSION The MCP-1/CCR2 signaling pathway plays an important role in promoting the angiogenesis of breast cancer stimulated by alcohol. The mechanism might be that MCP-1 improves the migration of endothelial cells and then promotes angiogenesis. 相似文献

Activators of sesquiterpene synthase (STS) gene expression and sesquiterpene production in Piper betle L. were examined using quantitative real time PCR and gas chromatography mass spectrometry methods, and the allelopathic activity of untreated and Fusarium solani-treated betel extracts was tested on seed germination and on the shoot and root growth of Thai rice variety PSL2 (Oryza sativa cv. Phitsanulok 2) and three dominant paddy weeds (Eclipta prostrata, Echinochloa crus-galli and Chloris barbata). The results demonstrated that F. solani dramatically upregulated STS expression and productions of β-cubebene, β-caryophyllene and germacrene D sesquiterpene when compared with the untreated control, and that betel extracts had a greater inhibitory effect on weeds than on rice. The effects were more clearly detected on seed germination and root growth than on shoot growth, and they were found to be dose-dependent. It is also noted that F. solani-treated extract had stronger effects than the untreated extract. The species most sensitive to the allelopathic effects was C. barbata, germination of which was completely inhibited even at a dose of 0.1 mg/mL untreated extract. With regards to rice, although betel extract at 1.0 mg/mL showed no inhibition on germination, it affected the elongation of rice roots, in addition to those of the tested weeds. The obtained data suggested that F. solani has potential as an activator of sesquiterpene allelochemical production via STS expression, the latter leading to the treated betel extract having a stronger phytotoxic effect. 本研究于1977年在雅安市本校农场,就五个光、温反应特性不同品种:DissiD52/37、矮脚南特、矮子占、71—56、IR_8作亲本,采用非限定半双列杂交获得10个杂种F_1,对其高温短日生育期、短日促进率(短日敏感性),高温促进率(感温性)进行了测定。结果(1)短的高温短日生育期在杂种F_1表现呈完全显性或超亲显性;(2)在适温条件下,短日促进率(短日敏感性)高的,在杂种F_1表现为完全显性或超亲显性。并观察到在适温以下低温条件,明显抑制了短日敏感性的表现;(3)在自然日照下,高温促进率低的特性,杂种F_1表现为完全显性,而在短日处理下结果恰相反,即高温促进率高的为完全显性或超亲显性。另外,讨论了水稻品种光、温特性之间的相互制约关系。 相似文献

针对广西山区茶园设计了依靠节点自组织特性自动构建零通信费的ZigBee无线网络监测系统,能够定时采集茶园的空气温湿度、土壤温湿度和光照等参数。该系统除协调器外全部使用路由节点,种植区按蜂窝状划分,每个路由监测节点均布置在蜂窝中心,有效提高了监测系统可靠性。在种植区与监控中心之间的非种植区设计了路由中继节点,用于接力传送茶园监测数据至监控中心内的协调器。节点硬件电路包括核心板与底板,核心板设计了CC2530与RFX2401射频功放,底板设计了传感器处理模块、电源模块及调试接口。深入分析了Z-stack协议栈基于事件处理的多任务构架下用户程序设计方法。完成了山区茶园基于ZigBee技术的无线监控网络设计,实现了茶叶种植区内空气温、湿度及土壤温、湿度,光照参数,CC2530供电电压和工作温度的周期采集和传输。通过实际运行,整个系统稳定可靠。 相似文献

介绍了一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术的农田信息采集电子标签及阅读器的设计方案。以MSP430F5438单片机作为主控芯片,实现对土壤温湿度、光照强度、CO2浓度等信息的采集和处理,并通过GPS模块实现各电子标签的定位及采集时间的定时,再由CC1101射频收发芯片完成电子标签与阅读器之间的数据通信。此外,电子标签采用低频唤醒方案大大减少了系统的耗电,经过实验证明,电子标签能在3.4m的范围内被唤醒,采集数据准确,工作效果理想。 相似文献

针对目前国内众多ZigBee温室监控系统方案基本只限于小面积温控系统应用,没有应用ZigBee自身的路由功能扩展到大面积应用等问题,提出了基于多级路由的ZigBee无线温室监测系统的方案设计,以解决农用大面积温室监测问题。介绍了系统方案设计,节点的软硬设计,阐述了ZigBee多级路由原理及实现。实验数据测试表明,基于ZigBee多级路由的无线温室监测系统,基本能够满足现代大面积的温室监测系统的需求,有效改善了当前ZigBee温室监测系统应用面积小的不足,推进了温室系统技术的发展。 相似文献
