汽轮机润滑油系统油管道焊接是汽轮机专业焊接的一个重点.为了保证汽轮杌润滑油管道系统的清洁度及汽轮机主机润滑系统、调节保安系统安全可靠地工作,其材质全部由不锈钢组成,所以油管道安装的内在质量格外重要.总结出一套焊接组装工艺措施,提高了生产效能,满足了汽轮机油管的质量要求.  相似文献

根据已发表的江西土鸡白介素 -1 8(Ch IL-1 8) c DNA编码基因序列设计引物 ,用PCR技术从 p MDCh IL-1 8质粒扩增出编码鸡IL-1 8成熟蛋白基因 ,重组于 p BV2 2 0表达载体上 ,将重组质粒转化大肠杆菌 JM1 0 9(DE3 ) ,转化子经温度诱导的表达产物 ,SDS-PAGE电泳鉴定约 2万 ,N端开头 1 5个氨基酸序列测定分析 ,证明获得了鸡 IL-1 8成熟蛋白 ,为今后深入研究鸡 IL -1 8的生物学特性及其临床应用打下了基础  相似文献

用 32 4羽满 1 2周龄的金定鸭 ,通过饲养试验、代谢试验、屠宰试验和对试鸭产蛋期 (1 9～ 2 8周龄 )产蛋性能的观察 ,研究了在等能条件下(ME :1 1 51MJ/kg) ,不同蛋白质水平 (CP :1 3 %、 1 5 %、 1 7% )和蛋氨酸水平 (Met/CP :0 0 1 7、 0 0 2 2、 0 0 2 7)组成的 9种饲粮对 1 3～ 1 8周龄笼养蛋鸭的生长性能、养分利用、体成分沉积和产蛋期产蛋性能的影响。结果表明 :该阶段饲粮粗蛋白、蛋氨酸水平对体增重影响不显著 (P >0 0 5) ;体增重与蛋氨酸 (% )呈一定的正相关 (r=0 4574) ;CP为 1 3%、Met/CP为 0 0 2 7组采食量一直较稳定、较高 ,且饲料效率又好。代谢试验 :不同粗蛋白、蛋氨酸水平饲粮对试鸭氮存留率和能量的利用率影响显著(P <0 0 5或P<0 0 1 ) ,且它们随饲粮CP水平的升高而降低 ,随蛋氨酸水平升高而升高 ;磷的利用率也分别以CP为 1 3%的水平和Met/CP为 0 0 2 7的水平极显著地高于其他水平对磷利用率 (P <0 0 1 )。屠宰试验 :当Met/CP为 0 0 2 7时 ,体氮沉积量和体磷沉积量最佳。产蛋性能 :开产日龄和高峰日龄与 1 3～ 1 8周龄CP食入量呈弱的负相关 (r=- 0 1 83 3和r=- 0 0 984) ,与蛋氨酸食入量呈正相关 (r =0 5780和r =0 435 0 )。饲粮粗蛋白、蛋氨酸水平对 1 9～ 2 8周龄  相似文献

The expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 on T lymphocytes that infiltrate in nasal polyps

AIM:To investigate the expression of Th1-typed cytokine IFN-γ and Th2-typed cytokine IL-4 on T lymphocytes that infiltrate in nasal polyps for searching the pathogenesis of nasal polyps. METHODS:Nasal polyps tissue samples and peripheral blood were obtained from 21 patients. Normal human inferior turbinate mucosa and peripheral blood were obtained as well. Flow cytometry was adopted to detect the expression of IFN-γ and IL-4 of T lymphocytes. RESULTS: Th cytokines were rarely detected in inferior turbinate from normal human. Nasal polyps tissue consisted of abundant T lymphocytes. The expression of IL-4 and IFN-γ increased in peripheral blood from patients compared with normal human (P<0.05). The expression of IL-4 increased but the expression of IFN-γ decreased in nasal polyps compared with that of peripheral blood from the same patient (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION:There were generous of T lymphocytes infiltrating in nasal polyps. There was abnormal immune status in the local nasal mucosa from the patients, and the predomination of Th cytokine secretion changed compared with peripheral blood from the same patients, which resulted in the change of microenvironment of nasal mucosa and possibly close related to the formation of nasal polyps.  相似文献   

Therapeutic effects of recombinant human growth hormone on rat sepsis

AIM:To investigate therapeutic effects of recombinant human growth hormone(rhGH) on rat sepsis and its possible mechanisms.METHODS:Mean arterial pressure (MAP), levels of plasma TNFα, IL-1β and endotoxin, leukocyte count and survival rate within 1 week were determined after E. coli injection among control group, sepsis group and sepsis+rhGH group.RESULTS:(1)rhGH diminished the decrease of MAP, reduced plasma endotoxin and TNFα levels and increased neutrophil ratio in total leukocytes in sepsis rat. rhGH increased survival rate within 1 week on sepsis rat. (2)No changes were found in IL-1β level among the three groups.CONCLUSION:rhGH showed desirable beneficial effects on rat sepsis, which may attribute to: improving circulatory function;maintaining intestinal mucosa barrier, attenuating bacteria/endotoxin translocation and inhibiting the production and release of TNFα.  相似文献

AIM: The purpose of the present study was to explore the relationship between interleukin-6 mRNA expression and endometriosis. METHODS: Using the rat model, IL-6 mRNA expression in the endometrium was examined by RT-PCR. RESULTS: The expression of IL-6 mRNA in control rats did not change at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after sham operation (P>0.05), but in model rats it gradually increased at 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks after endometriosis (P<0.01). The expression of IL-6 mRNA in uterine endometrium with endometriosis was lower than in endometriotic tissue, but higher than in endometrium from healthy controls. CONCLUSION: The IL-6 mRNA expression may contribute to the development of endometriosis . The increase in IL-6 mRNA expression may promote the implantation and growth of endometriotic tissue.  相似文献

AIM: IL-12 acts upon Tlymphocytes and activates its receptor complexes of β1/β2,and so IL-12 can regulate TH1/TH2 balance. Our study is aimed at IL-12-inducing apoptosis of Tcells and expression and signal transduction of Fas/FasLduring Tcell apoptosis. METHODS: The apoptosis of Tcells was detected by Annexin Vstaining cytometry and the expression of Fas/FasLunder different inhibitors were detected by semi-quantitative PCR. RESULTS: IL-12 induced the human leukemic Tcell line(TIB-152) and the human lymphoma Tcell line(HTB-176) and the normal human Tcells to undergo apoptosis. The FasLexpression at 6 hours after treatment with IL-12 increased apparently, and reached the max at 24 hours, and FasLexpression induced by IL-12 was inhibited by PKCinhibitor. But IL-12 did not influence Fas expression. CONCLUSIONS: IL-12 can induce Tcells to undergo apoptosis which is characterized by early membrane changes, the inducing effect is correlated with the concentration of IL-12 and the maturation of Tcells. FasLparticipates in the progression of Tcell apoptosis as a apoptosis mediator, and the effect of IL-12 on FasLexpression may be related with PKCpathway.  相似文献
