重金属污染土壤几种生物修复方式比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
土壤重金属污染是全球普遍存在的问题,生物修复因其环境友好且成本效益高而得到广泛关注。但不同生物修复技术有其优势和局限性,充分了解每种修复技术的特点,才能更经济、有效地对污染土壤进行修复。本研究阐述对比了目前的土壤重金属生物修复方法,包括植物修复(植物挥发、植物固定和植物提取)、转基因植物提取、螯合辅助植物修复、微生物辅助植物修复等技术的机制、优势、局限性和适用性等方面的差异。综述提出有效的生物修复技术需要土壤化学、植物生物学、遗传学、微生物学和环境工程等多学科的有机结合。根据污染土壤的特点,结合具有相应改良特性的转基因植物,是实现污染土壤大面积修复的有效方法。同时,农艺措施对天然超级积累植物的生物量和重金属提取能力的刺激作用还需要进一步挖掘。植物修复可以与其他几种传统修复技术有效结合,利用转基因技术建立土壤+植物+微生物的组合是未来修复技术发展的最佳途径。  相似文献

Abstract

A collaborative assay among three laboratories was made in order to compare both the ion (CEN. EN 13368‐2:2001 E. Determination of chelating agents in fertilizers by ion chromatography. Part 2: EDDHA and EDDHMA, 2001a) and the ion‐pair (Lucena, J.J.; Barak, P.; Hernandez‐Apaolaza, L. Isocratic ion‐pair high‐performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of various iron(III) chelates. J. Chromatogr. A 1996, 727, 253–264) high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) methods as well as the soluble and complexed Fe (CEN. EN 13366:2001 E. Treatment with a cation exchange resin for the determination of the chelated micronutrient content and of the chelated fraction of micronutrients, 2001b) methods. Fifteen and ten samples of commercial fertilizers of Fe‐EDDHA, Fe‐EDDHMA, respectively were analysed by three laboratories using these methods. No significant differences were observed between the results obtained for the Fe‐EDDHA content using the Lucena et al. or CEN method. The first method makes it possible to distinguish between the meso and DL‐racemic diasteroisomers of Fe‐o, o‐EDDHA. For the Fe‐EDDHMA formulations, the CEN method gives higher values than the ion‐pair method, since in the first one Fe‐EDDH4,6MA coelutes with FeEDDHMA. Also the CEN method does not makes it possible to distinguish between Fe‐EDDHMA and Fe‐EDDH5MA products. The variability among laboratories was larger for the CEN method than for the Lucena et al. method.  相似文献

To assess the relative bioavailability of bis-glycinate bound Cu, 90 Angus-cross steers (265 ± 21 kg) were blocked by body weight (BW) to pens with GrowSafe bunks and randomly assigned to dietary treatments (14 to 18 steers/treatment): 0 mg supplemental Cu/kg dry matter (DM; CON), 5 or 10 mg supplemental Cu/kg DM as Cu sulfate (CS5; CS10) or bis-glycinate bound Cu (GLY5; GLY10). Steers received a high antagonist growing diet (analyzed 4.9 mg Cu/kg DM, 0.48% S, and 5.3 mg Mo/kg DM). Steers were weighed at the beginning (days 1 and 0) and end (days 125 and 126) of the trial to determine average daily gain (ADG) and gain:feed (G:F). Blood was collected from all steers on days 0, 28, 56, 84, and 126. Liver samples were collected on days −3 or −2 and day 123 or 124. Data were analyzed using ProcMixed of SAS (experimental unit = steer; fixed effect = treatment and block). Plasma Cu was analyzed as repeated measures (repeated effect = day). Plasma and liver Cu concentrations were regressed against total Cu intake using ProcGLM to calculate relative bioavailability of GLY. Final BW and overall ADG were greatest for CS5 and CS10 and least for CON and GLY5 (P = 0.01). Overall, DMI was not affected by treatment (P = 0.14), but overall G:F tended to be greatest for CS5, CS10, and GLY5 and least for CON (P = 0.08). Total and supplemental Cu intake was greatest for steers supplemented either source at 10 mg Cu/kg DM and least for CON (P < 0.01). However, total and supplemental Cu intake was greater for CS5 than GLY5 (P < 0.01). Final liver Cu concentrations were greatest for CS10, least for CON, CS5, and CS10, and intermediate for GLY10 (P < 0.01). Final plasma Cu was greatest for steers supplemented either source at 10 mg Cu/kg DM (P < 0.01). Relative bioavailability of GLY was 82% compared to CS based on liver Cu (P < 0.01) but did not differ based on plasma Cu (P = 0.60). The lesser bioavailability of GLY relative to CS could be due to a high concentration of dietary antagonists and lower solubility of GLY (68.9% relative to CS) in pH conditions (5.2) similar to the ruminal pH of a beef animal consuming a high concentrate diet. Future studies should examine the effects of bis-glycinate bound Cu fed in blended combination with inorganic Cu sulfate to determine the most effective blend of sources for feedlot cattle experiencing varying amounts of dietary Cu antagonists.  相似文献

研究了在饲料中添加稀土壳聚糖螯合盐(RECC)对水产颗粒饲料性能的影响。根据鲫(Carassiusauratus)鱼苗的营养需求配制4种类型的RECC试验日粮,即1号饲料(0.00%)、2号饲料(0.08%)、3号饲料(0.16%)和4号饲料(024%)。测定4种饲料的粉化率和溶失率。结果显示,添加稀土壳聚糖螯合盐后可以降低饲料的 粉化率,饲料中添加0.16%的稀土壳聚糖螯合盐效果尤其明显(P<0.01);在饲料中添加RECC可以显著降低饲料的溶失率(P<0.05),并可以提高和改善水产颗粒饲料的性能。  相似文献

通过铁源筛选比较得知,氯化亚铁比较适合与大豆小肽进行螯合反应制备大豆小肽螯合铁,利用响应面法优化了大豆小肽螯合铁的制备工艺,优化结果为:小肽与亚铁盐质量比4∶1,反应pH5.0,反应温度40℃,得到离子螯合率平均值为56.81%,经中试车间生产试制得到大豆小肽螯合铁的得率是78.3%,螯合率为82.39%,检测大豆小肽螯合铁的主要成分中的蛋白含量为78.94%,铁的含量为10.87%。红外和紫外光谱分析检测结果显示:大豆小肽和大豆小肽螯合铁(Fe~(2+))红外吸收峰的强度在不同波长位置上有明显的变化,大豆小肽螯合铁(Fe~(2+))在紫外波长上发生了明显的位移且宽化,表明大豆小肽螯合铁(Fe~(2+))形成了络合物。同时对大豆小肽螯合铁的结构进行了预测。  相似文献

研究牛血酶解液锌螯合物通过苯甲酸荧光法清除羟自由基的效果,为提高动物血液蛋白资源的利用和开发抗氧化活性新物质提供理论依据。建立了苯甲酸荧光光度法,确定使用该方法时苯甲酸的加入量和反应时间,研究H2O2用量对荧光强度的影响和牛血酶解液锌螯合物对羟自由基的清除效果。当苯甲酸浓度为0.6 mmol/L,反应时间为20 min时,荧光强度最大;当H2O2浓度在10~50 mmol/L时,H2O2浓度与产物的荧光强度呈线性关系;牛血酶解液锌螯合物有较强的羟自由基清除能力,达到80.8%(RSD=2.6%),比同浓度Vc溶液的清除效果好。苯甲酸荧光光度法操作简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,且不受水解液中血红素的干扰,可广泛用于水溶性有色抗氧化物质清除羟自由基能力的检测。  相似文献

[目的]探讨氨基多糖螯合盐对扣蟹非特异性免疫力的影响。[方法]通过在配合饵料中添加氨基多糖螯合盐,研究其对扣蟹非特异性免疫力[碱性磷酸酶(AKP)活性、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性]的影响。[结果]氨基多糖螯合盐可以有效提高扣蟹AKP、ACP、SOD和溶菌酶活性。[结论]在饲料中添加氨基多糖螯合盐对于增强扣蟹非特异性免疫力有一定功效。  相似文献

Two related iron chelates, one toxic to slugs by ingestion, the other not, were introduced into the foregut of D. reticulatum. The subsequent movement and redistribution of the metal within the slug tissues was studied by labelling the chelates with the radioactive isotope 55Fe. In slugs which survived treatment approximately half of the 55Fe was voided in faeces. The iron retained became unevenly distributed, the highest concentration occurring in the digestive gland, irrespective of the chelate used. At high doses, slugs treated with tris(1-oxo-1,2-diazabutan-2-oxido)Fe(III) were fatally poisoned while those treated with the homologue, tris(1-oxo-1,2-diazaoctan-2-oxido)Fe(III) were not. Slugs killed by the toxic chelate consistently contained proportionally less iron in the digestive gland and proportionally more in the body wall and reproductive system. Dosing slugs already killed by carbon dioxide asphyxiation gave a similar pattern, suggesting that the greater mobility of the iron from the toxic chelate was not a function of the slugs' metabolism.  相似文献

为探索喷钛对甜叶菊叶片中糖苷、甜菊苷(St)和莱鲍迪苷A(RA)的含量、积累量及其比例的影响,为中药材的施肥提供科学依据,应用盆钵培养方法,在甜叶菊生长前期和中期进行叶面喷钛。结果表明:菊隆5号的最佳喷施区间12.22~19.36 mg·kg-1,在喷钛浓度为19.36 mg·kg-1时含量达到最高;新品种2号的最佳喷施区间为12.10~16.71 mg·kg-1,在喷钛浓度为16.71 mg·kg-1时含量达到最高;喷钛后新品种2号St所占比例的最高增幅为156.71%,菊隆5号St的最高增幅为42.28%。喷钛可明显提高糖苷含量和积累总量,与对照相比,差异显著;经回归发现糖苷含量或积累量与喷钛浓度间存在二次曲线关系,相关极显著;喷钛可以增加2个品种糖苷中St的比例。  相似文献
