四溴双酚A的合成及其阻燃性能研究 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究了四溴双酚A的合成条件,并利用TG-DTA热分析技术研究了其阻燃过程的木炭产量和热动力学参数。结果表明,合成条件由室温改为冰水浴时,四溴双酚A产率由70.7%提高到85.6%,溴含量由54.1%提高到55.4%;溶剂由无水乙醇改为苯时,产率由85.6%提高到93.4%,原料配比由1:2改为1:2.4时,产率由93.4%提高到94.2%,溴含量由56.1%提高到58.8%的熔程为179.0-181.3℃,杉木经四溴双酚A处理后,产炭率由31.2%提高到45.4%,淋洗实验表明,磷酸氢二铵处理杉木的产炭损失率达26.7%,而四溴双酚A处理的产炭损失率只有4.27%。因此,合成四溴双酚A的最佳条件是在冰水浴中,以苯作溶剂,双酚A与溴的原料配比为1:2.2-2.4,在阻燃过程中四溴双酚A能改变木材热解过程和机理,不仅对木材具有较强的阻燃作用,而且还具有很强的耐淋洗能力。 相似文献

curves of seed germination ofRobinia pseudoacacia was measured by a new-type conductive microcalorimeter made in Wuhan University. The relationship was analyzed between the
germination thermogenetic regulation and seed germination physiology. The thermogentic curves were further analyzed by thermokinetic
theory to obtain the dynamic parameters and the thermokinetic model on seed germination ofRobinia pseudoacacia.
