Eleven native sheep, 1–2 years old, of both sexes were randomly divided into two groups, 6 sheep being allocated to the experimental group and 5 serving as controls. The sheep in the experimental group were fed 80% Tribulus terrestris and 20% alfalfa hay and wheat straw, while the control sheep were given a mixture of 40% alfalfa hay and 60% wheat straw. Clinical signs of hepatogenous photosensitivity were observed from day 11, including reddening and crust formation on the muzzle, nose, ears and eyelids, depression, weight loss, icterus, conjunctivitis, and yellow discoloration of the urine. Laboratory findings on weekly samples indicated significant differences (p<0.05) in white blood cell count, total plasma protein and fibrinogen, total and direct bilirubin, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine concentrations, and aspartate aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase activities. There were no significant differences in the packed cell volume, in the neutrophil, lymphocyte or eosinophil counts, or in the serum calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium or chloride concentrations. At necropsy of the experimental animals, there were various degrees of generalized icterus and the livers were swollen and discolored by bile pigment. Histopathological examination revealed varying amounts of crystalloid material in the bile ducts and renal tubules, hepatocellular degeneration, biliary fibrosis and proliferation, renal tubular necrosis and focal necrosis of cardiac muscle.  相似文献

永A是以金23A为母本,用自育的永占为父本并经多代回交转育而成的弱感光型早籼不育系。试验表明:永A不育性稳定,不育株率100%,花粉不育度100%;柱头发达,自然条件下柱头外露率89.2%,异交结实率高,易于繁殖制种;可恢复性好,配合力强,弱感光,杂交优势大,杂种一代表现为米质优、产量高、抗性强等优良性状。于2004年10月通过广西科技厅成果鉴定。  相似文献

在25℃的人工气候室中,对3个不育系、5个恢复系(品种)、15个杂种F_1及1个强感光品种进行16h和10h的光照处理。结果表明;(1)不育系,保持系在10h下的播种到抽穗天数比在16h的多;(2)恢复系及其与珍鼎28A杂交的F_1在10h下的播种到抽穗天数比在16h的少;(3)V20A、V41A与IR30,IR54、兰贝利的杂种F_1在10h下的播种到抽穗天数很少。而在16h下则不能抽穗;(4)不育系、保持系,恢复系的感光性级别较窄,而杂种F_1的感光性级别较宽。不感光的双亲配组,后代出现强感光类型,这种遗传现象是值得注意的。  相似文献

本研究通过遮光处理模拟短日照环境,以自然光照为对照,研究了海稻86感光性,初步探究短日照对海稻86生长发育及产量形成的影响。结果表明:1)短日照处理能显著增加海稻86株高,短日照处理20d、25d、27d后,与对照相比株高分别增高12.2cm、13.0cm、18.5cm,但成熟期株高显著降低。2)短日照处理抽穗期叶龄均为11,对照抽穗期叶龄为15,短日照处理抽穗期叶龄比对照低4叶;3)短日照明显缩短播抽期,处理20d、25d、27d分别缩短至65d、62d、61d;短日照出穗促进率为50.0%,海稻86为强感光性品种类型。4)随着短日照处理时间延长,产量增加,短日照处理20d、25d、27d分别为16.8g/株、20.7g/株、21.1g/株,短日照处理到抽穗对产量形成有利。  相似文献

南京11和武进香籼均为中籼稻品种,F1生育期超(晚)亲优势极强。通过对F1、F2、BC1、BC2等世代在自然日长或短日照处理条件下抽穗期的考察,证明杂种超亲迟熟与双亲的3个感光性主基因位点的分化有关,三者以互补方式决定植株的强感光性;两亲本分别含有2对和1对互补基因,根据系谱分析双亲的互补基因分别来自我国华南或东南亚的水稻品种。  相似文献

 分析了偏粳型广亲和品种轮回422与籼稻品种南京11、I188025(具有簇生小穗标记基因Cl)杂交F1~F3及BC1在不同日长条件下的抽穗期表现。长日照试验表明,F1超亲迟熟(超亲优势率达49%)主要受两对互补基因控制。短日照试验结果证明,杂种超亲迟熟主要由其强感光性引起的,上述互补基因属于感光性基因.通过互补测验和连锁分析证明,两籼稻亲本所携互补基因为等位关系,此基因与6号染色体上的Cl基因连锁,重组率为27.78%±1.82%。根据试验结果可以认为,感光性基因的互补作用是造成籼粳杂种一代生育期超亲迟熟的主要遗传原因。  相似文献

Seed dormancy contributes to species persistence in unpredictable environments and is a key process to be taken into account in weed dynamics models. As the level of seed dormancy, photosensitivity and the dates of dormancy induction and release are difficult to measure, our objective was to relate weed seed dormancy with morphological, chemical or physiological seed traits and with expert knowledge. Dormancy of four species was studied experimentally during a 2‐year seed burial experiment. Experiments were supplemented with data from the literature to increase the number of species analysed, resulting in a data set of 29 species. Proportions of non–dormant seeds were higher for elongated than spherical seeds, even when accounting for phylogenetic relatedness between species. Elongated seeds, which tend to remain on the soil surface in undisturbed habitats, may have been selected for lack of dormancy and immediate germination to limit mortality due to predation. Dormancy increased with seed coat thickness, which can act as a chemical and physical barrier to germination, while no relation was found with seed lipid or protein content. No correlation was found between photosensitivity parameters and any of the species traits analysed. Variations in dormancy dates (induction and release) were highly correlated with average field emergence season estimated from expert knowledge. The observed correlations suggest that the level of dormancy results both from direct and from indirect effects of traits being involved in trade‐offs together with seed mortality.  相似文献

We investigated changes in the developmental duration of rice cultivars with a wide range of maturities in response to late planting. Elucidating the relationship between cropping season and the progress of growth stages is important for establishing direct-seeded cultivation and creating growth models. Late planting of the intermediate to late maturing cultivars Akidawara and Hoshijirushi decreased the time from emergence to panicle formation and decreased the cumulative effective temperature (CET) and cumulative effective soil temperature (CEST). In the very early maturing cultivars Ichibanboshi and Fusakogane, the changes in number of days, CET, and CEST from emergence to panicle formation with late planting were small. From emergence to heading and maturity, the number of days, CET, and CEST of many cultivars tended to increase until mid-May and then decreased. The changes in the number of days, CET, and CEST caused by late planting were greater for the intermediate to late maturing cultivars than for the very early maturing cultivars. The differences between cultivars were greatest with early May sowing, and then decreased with later planting. Short-day condition revealed significant differences in the duration of vegetative growth and CET among cultivars, but long-day condition erased these differences. These results demonstrate that the photosensitivity and thermosensitivity of cultivars are especially important in crop planning and for creating growth models of direct-seeded rice.  相似文献
