研究Nacl浓度与小麦幼苗生长分裂的关系及对小麦幼苗的遗传损伤。实验结果表明:小麦幼苗生长在含NaCl的介质中,其幼苗生长被抑制,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数下降,幼苗的分裂指数、遗传损伤与盐浓度间有一定的线性关系。结果显示:有丝分裂指数与处理浓度间呈负相关。这表明:NaCl浓度高或作用时间延长时对小麦细胞具有遗传学毒性,小麦幼根细胞有丝分裂指数可以作为监测环境中NaCl含量的定量指标。  相似文献

【Objective】 At present, most drought studies were based on historical drought events to analyze the causes and trends. This paper sought to simulate the drought index method when outputting future meteorological data based on CMIP5 model, and explored the characteristics of past and future drought changes in Shaanxi Province, which could provide a basis for the future management of agricultural water resources in Shaanxi Province. 【Method】Based on the historical data of 18 meteorological stations in Shaanxi Province and CMIP5 model, the future meteorological data were output. The reference crop evapotranspiration (ET0) was simulated by comparing three kinds of models. The standard precipitation evaporation index (SPEI) and relative moisture index (MI) were calculated based on the reference crop ET0 and precipitation data to reflect the drought degree. The spatial and temporal characteristics of drought in the past (1958-2017) and in the future (2018-2100) were compared.【Result】Multiple linear regression (MLR) simulation could accurately predict the reference crop ET0 (RMSE=0.457 mm·d -1). In the RCP2.6 and RCP8.5 scenarios, the future drought index showed an upward trend. Under the RCP8.5 scenario, there was a sudden change in the drought index in the 1940s. The degree of drought would decrease in the future of Shaanxi Province, and the distribution of drought would be more uneven during the year. In the future, the degree of drought would decrease during summer maize growth season, and the degree of drought would increase during winter wheat growth season.【Conclusion】The characteristics and extent of drought change were different under different RCP scenarios. The changes in drought characteristics reflected by SPEI and MI were basically the same, but there were differences in the changes in some time periods. In order to effectively cope with the negative impact of climate change on dry crop yields, it was necessary to enhance soil water storage and conservation capacity, especially to strengthen drought resistance during the winter wheat growing season.  相似文献

The mode of action of endothall, an herbicide which was reported to inhibit plant protein phosphatases 1 (PP1) and 2A (PP2A), was investigated. For initial characterization, a series of bioassays was used for comprehensive physiological profiling of endothall effects which suggested a phytotoxic mode of action similar to mitotic disrupter herbicides. Unlike known microtubule disrupters, endothall did not inhibit soybean tubulin polymerization in vitro. As shown in meristematic corn root tips, endothall distorted the orientation of cell division plane and microtubule spindle structures which led to cell cycle arrest in prometaphase. In tobacco BY-2 cells, malformed spindles together with prometaphase arrest of nuclei and abnormal perinuclear microtubule patterns were detected as early as 4 h of endothall treatment. These effects were also observed after treatment with other protein phosphatase inhibitors, cantharidin and okadaic acid, which phenocopied the mitotic changes described in tonneau1 (ton1) and tonneau2 (ton2) Arabidopsis mutants. These mutants are defective in TONNEAU2 (TON2) protein, a regulatory subunit of PP2A, which governs cell division plane and microtubule orientation. Therefore, PP2A/TON2 phosphatase complex is suggested to be an in planta molecular target of endothall. However, in BY-2 cells, additional effects of endothall, including inhibition of S-phase initiation and DNA synthesis, detected by 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine (EdU) incorporation, and condensed nuclei arrested in late mitosis were observed which were not reported in Arabidopsiston1 and ton2 mutants. This result indicates that two additional checkpoints in cell cycle were blocked by endothall which are probably not associated with TON2-pathway inhibition. Possibly, inhibition of PP1 and/or other PP2A protein phosphatases are involved in the regulation of these cell cycle phenomena.  相似文献

基于迈克尔逊(Michelson)干涉仪(MI)原理,结合光纤传感器的特性,设计和实现了一种单模光纤(SMF)偏芯干涉仪结构光纤折射率传感器,并针对蔗糖溶液进行了折射率的测量。实验结果表明:这种传感器的传感范围在1.33~1.39时,特征波长与外界折射率有单调的递减变化关系,蔗糖折射率每变化0.01时,特征波长平均变化约为0.12nm。这种传感器结构简单,灵敏度较高,能够实现液体折射率与浓度变化的在线检测。  相似文献

Potential genotoxicity of sulcotrione 2-(2-chloro-4-(methylsulfonyl)benzoyl)-1,3-cyclohexanedione, a selective triketonic herbicide was evaluated on Vicia faba seedlings in hydroponic culture conditions. Sulcotrione (10−5, 10−4 and 2 × 10−4 M) treatments for 45 h, caused a dose dependent increase in micronuclei frequencies in root meristematic cells. Cytological analysis of root tips cells showed aneugenic effects of the sulcotrione on the plant root meristems. Sulcotrione induced chromosomal alterations at the lowest concentration used (10−5 M) when incubated for 42 h, indicating the potent mutagenic effect of this element. This is the first report for the genotoxicity of such a sulcotrione herbicide.  相似文献

【目的】目前干旱研究多为基于历史干旱事件分析成因与变化趋势,而结合过去与未来长时间序列数据更能揭示干旱变化特点。寻找在基于CMIP5模型输出未来气象数据时模拟干旱指数方法并探究陕西省过去与未来干旱变化特点,为陕西省未来农业水资源管理提供依据。【方法】根据陕西省18个气象站历史数据以及CMIP5模式输出未来气象数据,比较了3种模型模拟参考作物蒸发蒸腾量(ET0),并基于参考作物蒸发蒸腾量(ET0)和降水数据计算标准降水蒸发指数(SPEI)和相对湿润指数(MI)反映干旱程度,比较过去(1958—2018年)与未来(2019—2100年)干旱的时空变化特点。【结果】多元线性回归模型(Multiple Linear Regression, MLR)能较准确的模拟参考作物蒸发蒸腾量(ET0)(RMSE=0.457 mm·d -1);在RCP2.6和RCP8.5情景下未来干旱指数呈现上升趋势,在RCP8.5情景下,21世纪40年代存在干旱指数的突变年份;陕西省未来干旱程度降低,年内干旱分布更加不均匀;未来时期夏玉米生长季干旱程度减小,冬小麦生长季干旱程度增加。【结论】在不同RCP情景下,未来干旱变化特征存在差异,相同RCP情景下,SPEI和MI反映的干旱特征变化基本一致,但部分时段存在变化差异。为有效应对气候变化对旱作作物产量造成的负面影响,应当增强土壤蓄水保墒能力,尤其加强冬小麦生长季的抗旱工作。  相似文献

Abstract

Several varieties of spring barley were tested in the greenhouse for resistance to leaf stripe (Drechslera graminea) following exposure to high levels of inoculum in the field, or by using the sandwich inoculation method. Pedigree analyses confirmed that most highly resistant varieties have obtained their resistance from a gene in the landrace Hordeum laevigatum via the variety ‘Vada’, while the remaining few may have it from the donor ‘Ricardo’, or from the cumulative effect of partial resistance. Experiments with fungicide seed treatment of ‘Golf’ and ‘Triumph’, which represent highly resistant, and susceptible genotypes, respectively, showed that the former always remained healthy, and does not benefit from seed treatment, whereas the latter requires treatment every year to avoid any seed loss.  相似文献
