为了探究复方杨树花口服液在体内的抗炎作用。试验取40只雄性小鼠,随机分为5组,8只/组,分别是空白对照组(生理盐水: 6 ml/kg),阳性对照组(阿斯匹林: 200 mg/kg)和复方杨树花组(高剂量组(12 ml/kg)、中剂量组(6 ml/kg)、低剂量组(3 ml/kg))。左耳涂抹20 μl二甲苯计算耳肿胀率;取40只小鼠做相同处理后,左足注射0.1 ml 10%蛋清制造小鼠足趾肿胀模型,计算小鼠足趾肿胀度。另取40只小鼠随机分为5组,8只/组,分别是空白对照组,阳性对照组和给药组(高、中、低剂量组),除空白对照组,其余组注射15 mg/kg LPS腹腔注射制作小鼠炎症模型,测定血清中TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6含量。结果表明:高剂量复方杨树花口服液能显著性抑制小鼠的耳肿胀率和足趾肿胀度(p<0.01);并能显著性抑制LPS引起的小鼠血清中TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6含量的升高(p<0.01),与阿司匹林效果相似(p>0.01)。说明:复方杨树花在小鼠体内具有一定的抗炎效果,以12 ml/kg灌胃体内抗炎效果较好。  相似文献

This experiment was aimed to study the effects of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae extracts on fracture healing and inflammation. Rabbit right radius fracture model was induced by dental drill in order to study the medicine's effect on fracture healing. Moreover,the contents of Ca,P and alkaline phosphatase in serum were measured to explore the influences of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae extracts on serum biochemical indexes of fractured rabbits.RAW264.7 cell was induced by LPS in order to research the effect of medicine on inflammation. The concentrations of TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-6 and NO were measured by ELISA. The results showed that the rabbit fracture model was successfully prepared by dental drill, and the extracts of Caulis Lonicerae japonicae could increase the levels of Ca and alkaline phosphatase and reduce the P content in the serum of fractured rabbits. The TNF-α,IL-1β and NO levels in RAW264.7 cell induced by LPS were significantly inhibited by the extracts with concentrations ranging from 50 to 200 μg/mL (P<0.05). However, the extracts had no significant effect on the level of IL-6 (P>0.05). These results demonstrated that the extracts of mixed Caulis Lonicerae japonicae could promote the fracture healing and possessed good resistance inflammation effect.  相似文献

通过建立二甲苯诱导小白鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清诱导大鼠足跖肿胀炎症模型观察赛北紫堇(Corydalis impatiens (Pall.) Fisch)总生物碱的抗炎作用.结果表明,赛北紫堇总生物碱明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)和蛋清所致的大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05).赛北紫堇总生物碱具有明显的抗炎作用.  相似文献

研究了熊胆茶的肝保护作用及其抗炎免疫作用。结果显示:熊胆茶对四氯化碳(CCl4)和D-半乳糖胺(D-Galn)致小鼠的肝损伤有明显的保护作用,可使血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、血清总胆固醇(T-CHO)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量明显降低,使肝脏中糖原(CHO)的含量明显升高,且具有一定的抗炎和提高免疫功能的作用。  相似文献

研究了贵妃枇杷茶水提取物(WGFT)对干预炎症及对小肠推进功能的影响。结果表明,与正常对照组相比,不同剂量组WGFT均能降低大鼠棉球肉芽肿的干重,其中高剂量组和中剂量组棉球肉芽的干重分别降低39.98%(P0.01)、40.02%(P0.01),低剂量组降低31.98%(P0.05)。高剂量组WGFT和中剂量组WGFT小鼠耳肿胀度与正常对照度相比明显减少,其中高剂量组的小鼠耳肿胀度降低30.55%(P0.01),中剂量组降低23.47%(P0.05)。研究还显示高剂量组WGFT和中剂量组WGFT对试验小鼠的肠推进率分别比模型对照组提高了87.19%(P0.01)、68.87%(P0.01)。研究证实贵妃枇杷花茶具有显著的干预急性炎症的作用,还能明显促进模型小鼠小肠运动能力,为后续枇杷花的开发利用提供理论支持。  相似文献

为了考察蟾酥醇提取物的体外抗炎作用,用LPS诱导RAW 264.7细胞和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞建立细胞炎症模型,采用Griess法测定蟾酥醇提取物对细胞上清液中的NO水平,ELISA法测定TNF-α、ILlβ、IL-6含量,荧光法测定细胞内ROS水平。结果显示,蟾酥醇提取物对LPS诱导的RAW264.7细胞和小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞所分泌的炎症因子(NO、TNF-α、IL-1β、IL-6)有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组相比明显降低,同时蟾酥醇提取物极显著降低LPS诱导的细胞内ROS水平(P0.01)。由此推测,蟾酥醇提取物通过抑制炎症因子、降低细胞内活性氧水平减轻细胞的炎症反应,具有良好的抗炎作用。  相似文献

Alginate is a natural polysaccharide extracted from various species of marine brown algae. Alginate-derived guluronate oligosaccharide (GOS) obtained by enzymatic depolymerization has various pharmacological functions. Previous studies have demonstrated that GOS can trigger the production of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS)/nitric oxide (NO), reactive oxygen species (ROS) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α by macrophages and that it is involved in the nuclear factor (NF)-κB and mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase signaling pathways. To expand upon the current knowledge regarding the molecular mechanisms associated with the GOS-induced immune response in macrophages, comparative proteomic analysis was employed together with two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE), matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF/TOF MS) and Western blot verification. Proteins showing significant differences in expression in GOS-treated cells were categorized into multiple functional pathways, including the NF-κB signaling pathway and pathways involved in inflammation, antioxidant activity, glycolysis, cytoskeletal processes and translational elongation. Moreover, GOS-stimulated changes in the morphologies and actin cytoskeleton organization of RAW264.7 cells were also investigated as possible adaptations to GOS. This study is the first to reveal GOS as a promising agent that can modulate the proper balance between the pro- and anti-inflammatory immune responses, and it provides new insights into pharmaceutical applications of polysaccharides.  相似文献

Microalgae are known as a producer of proteins and lipids, but also of valuable compounds for human health benefits (e.g., polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs); minerals, vitamins, or other compounds). The overall objective of this research was to prospect novel products, such as nutraceuticals from microalgae, for application in human health, particularly for metabolic diseases. Chlorella vulgaris and Chlorococcum amblystomatis were grown autotrophically, and C. vulgaris was additionally grown heterotrophically. Microalgae biomass was extracted using organic solvents (dichloromethane, ethanol, ethanol with ultrasound-assisted extraction). Those extracts were evaluated for their bioactivities, toxicity, and metabolite profile. Some of the extracts reduced the neutral lipid content using the zebrafish larvae fat metabolism assay, reduced lipid accumulation in fatty-acid-overloaded HepG2 liver cells, or decreased the LPS-induced inflammation reaction in RAW264.7 macrophages. Toxicity was not observed in the MTT assay in vitro or by the appearance of lethality or malformations in zebrafish larvae in vivo. Differences in metabolite profiles of microalgae extracts obtained by UPLC-LC-MS/MS and GNPS analyses revealed unique compounds in the active extracts, whose majority did not have a match in mass spectrometry databases and could be potentially novel compounds. In conclusion, microalgae extracts demonstrated anti-obesity, anti-steatosis, and anti-inflammatory activities and could be valuable resources for developing future nutraceuticals. In particular, the ultrasound-assisted ethanolic extract of the heterotrophic C. vulgaris significantly enhanced the anti-obesity activity and demonstrated that the alteration of culture conditions is a valuable approach to increase the production of high-value compounds.  相似文献

研究治疗奶牛乳腺炎蒙药复方的抗炎作用.采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、甲醛所致大鼠足趾肿胀法、小鼠棉球肉芽肿法和醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高法,探讨蒙药复方Ⅰ和蒙药复方Ⅱ的抗炎作用.结果显示这两种蒙药复方均能明显抑制二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀和甲醛所致大鼠足趾肿胀,减少小鼠棉球肉芽肿的形成,同时对醋酸所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高具有显著抑制作用,从而表明这两种蒙药复方具有较显著抗炎作用.  相似文献
