为了了解农民企业家的胜任特征和构建农民企业家胜任特征模型,选取了43位成功农民企业家的案例,并采用内容分析的方法对案例材料进行分析、归类和编码,最终共收集到28条胜任特征项目,对其进行统计分析后,再根据相关的研究文献及项目的意义,将28条胜任特征项目分为四类,初步构建出农民企业家的胜任特征模型。模型包含个性品德和个人能力两大胜任特征群,其中个人能力又可以分为管理意识、思维能力和人际能力3个子胜任特征群。最后对研究结果进行了讨论,并指出研究的不足之处。 相似文献

The Education Committee of the American Society for Veterinary Clinical Pathology has identified a need for improved structure and guidance of training residents in clinical pathology. This article is the third in a series of articles that address this need. The goals of this article are to describe learning objectives and competencies in knowledge, abilities, and skills in cytopathology and surgical pathology (CSP); provide options and ideas for training activities; and identify resources in veterinary CSP for faculty, training program coordinators, and residents. Guidelines were developed in consultation with Education Committee members and peer experts and with evaluation of the literature. The primary objectives of training in CSP are: (1) to develop a thorough, extensive, and relevant knowledge base of biomedical and clinical sciences applicable to the practice of CSP in domestic animals, laboratory animals, and other nondomestic animal species; (2) to be able to reason, think critically, investigate, use scientific evidence, and communicate effectively when making diagnoses and consulting and to improve and advance the practice of pathology; and (3) to acquire selected technical skills used in CSP and pathology laboratory management. These guidelines define expected competencies that will help ensure proficiency, leadership, and the advancement of knowledge in veterinary CSP and will provide a useful framework for didactic and clinical activities in resident‐training programs. 相似文献

【目的】从表达M2e-EYFP融合蛋白转基因柔嫩艾美耳球虫的稳定性,及其在环境中的传播能力、竞争能力和存活能力方面,分析转基因球虫对生态环境的潜在风险。【方法】稳定性试验包括:转基因球虫感染非靶动物,观察临床症状和卵囊产出情况;转基因球虫继代繁殖,检测荧光率;转基因球虫与毒害艾美耳球虫混合感染,PCR检测卵囊中的外源基因。传播能力试验主要是分析感染鸡和不感染同居鸡的卵囊产量和荧光率。竞争性试验则是用不同混合比例的2种球虫感染鸡,检测卵囊产量和荧光率;存活能力试验是用不同处理方式的卵囊感染鸡,检测卵囊是否产出以分析卵囊存活能力。【结果】转基因球虫不感染小鼠和家鸽,与野生型柔嫩艾美耳球虫宿主特异性相同;连续繁殖传17代后外源基因稳定表达。与毒害艾美耳球虫混合寄生时在异种球虫体内未检测出外源基因。传播能力试验中,46d攻毒时转基因球虫感染与不感染同居组的卵囊产量差异不显著,但与不感染对照组相比均显著减少,且1∶1感染和不感染同居组卵囊荧光率检测结果维持在51.6%67.9%。竟争性试验中,攻毒时各比例感染组卵囊产量均极显著少于不感染攻毒对照组,荧光率检测结果各比例组变化幅动不大,且1∶1组哨兵鸡卵囊荧光率检测结果为41.2%61%。存活能力试验,转基因球虫与野生型球虫在夏季室温条件下均不能存活90d,且与其他不同方式处理的卵囊外界存活时间接近。【结论】说明转基因球虫具有良好的稳定性,在环境中的传播能力、竞争能力和存活能力未呈现显著优于野生球虫的趋势。 相似文献

The purpose of this project is to reach more students in food, agricultural, and environmental sciences with a globalized undergraduate curriculum, by providing contextually-rich reusable learning objects （RLOs） and authentic case studies that address multidisciplinary issues. Reusable learning objects （RLOs） are self--contained, digital learning activities that range in length from 2 to 15 minutes. RLOs can contain a wide array of media, including text, web sites, charts, maps, models, PowerPoint presentations, photos, case studies, simulations, video clips, audio clips, and assessments, Food and agricultural sciences faculty at the University of Florida, the University of Georgia, and Texas A＆M University have been selected to be part of a Faculty Learning Community that Will work together in curriculum and RLO development, and will participate in an international study experience funded by this project. For each experience, a group of approximately ten faculty and three project team members will spend roughly two weeks in a Latin American/Caribbean basin country. Various social science data collection processes and evaluation strategies will be the focus of the presentation. The use of preflective and reflective instruments to measure initial attitudes or beliefs about the context-rich multidisciplinary experience and expected gains from participating in the curricula development will be demonstrated. 相似文献
