The potential of dry heat treatment of Andean lupin seed to reduce seed–borne infection of the anthracnose pathogen, Colletotrichum acutatum, was investigated. First, the effect of dry heat (65 °C) over duration times of 0–96 h on germination and disease incidence after germination was evaluated for artificially– and naturally–infected seed. Dry heat treatment from 8 to 96 h reduced disease incidence after germination to undetectable levels in four cultivars compared with 7.5% disease incidence after germination in seed maintained at room temperature. Moreover, heat treatments of 4–12 h showed seed germination rates that were equivalent to the non–treated control. Under greenhouse conditions, dry heat treatments for 8 or 12 h reduced transmission of the pathogen from seed by 75 or 85%, respectively and dry heat treatment increased emergence of seedlings in comparison the non-treated control. Dry heat treatment is an environmentally friendly alternative for reducing anthracnose infections in Andean lupin seed.  相似文献

采用组织块分离法从采后发病芒果果肉中分离病原菌,通过形态学观察、r DNA-ITS序列和系统发育树分析对其进行鉴定,并初步研究其生物学特性。结果表明:从发病芒果中分离到的病菌T0408鉴定为Colletotrichum asianum Prihastuti,L.CaiK.D.Hyde。该菌菌丝生长的适宜温度为20~30℃、适宜pH值为5~8;环境湿度在75%~98%范围内,湿度越大,菌丝生长速度越快,在3 000 lx日光灯的光照强度下连续光照有利于菌丝的生长和产孢;孢子萌发的适宜温度为25~30℃、适宜pH值为6~8,环境湿度为75%~98%,湿度越大、在3 000 lx日光灯的光照强度下连续光照有利于孢子的萌发。  相似文献

Anthracnose disease was found on centipede grass [Eremochloa ophiuroides (Munro) Hack.] planted as a ground cover on paddy field levees in Shiga Prefecture in 2004. The symptoms were ear blight, stalk blight, and leaf spots. The causal fungus was morphologically identified as Colletotrichum caudatum (Sacc.) Peck. This is the first report of centipede grass anthracnose caused by C. caudatum.  相似文献

本文简明报道了苎麻炭疽病防治的研究结果:头麻收获后,结合中耕复土,每亩施用石灰75公斤,防效达57.42%~76.98%。在供试的农药中,以40%拌种双可湿性粉剂防效最好,70%甲基托布津可湿性粉剂和40%多菌灵可湿性粉剂次之,瑞枯霉防效较差,拌种双的防效随浓度的增加而提高,以250~500倍液为宜。在当季苎麻生长初期(苗高30cm左右)应开始施药,此时炭疽病尚处于发病初期,以后每隔7~8天施用1次,每季麻以施用2~3次药即可获得理想效果。40%拌种双防治苎麻炭疽病,在大田防治示范中,与小区试验防效基本一致。  相似文献

砂仁(Amomum villosum Lour.)为著名南药,生产上有多种病害,以叶斑病为害严重而影响产量。作者1985年、1986年,在砂仁的重要产地阳春、封开等县进行了调查,认为目前主要有五种真菌病害:其中炭疽病两种:幼苗炭疽病为姜刺盘孢(Colletotrichum zingiberis(Sundar.)Butler et Bisby),成株炭疽病为盘长孢状刺盘抱(Colletotrichumgloeosporioides Penz.);果腐病两种,多数为茄丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn.),少数为镰刀菌(Fusaium sp.)引起;最影响生产的是叶斑病,其病原菌砂仁节梨孢(Gona-topyricularia amomi Z.D.Jiang et P.K.Chi)是个新属新种。本文较详细地描述了五大病害的症状及其病原菌的形态,并报道了各病菌的致病性测定结果。  相似文献

收集并鉴定了43个胶孢炭疽菌菌株,用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)研究了胶胞炭疽菌种内的遗传分化。结果表明供试的43个菌株间遗传相似度变化较大。RAPD分子标记将43个胶胞炭疽菌菌株分为2个类群,其种内遗传分化与寄主没有相关性。因此认为根据寄主种类划分林木胶孢炭疽菌种内专化型不合适,用分子生物学方法更准确。  相似文献

Lentil anthracnose (Colletotrichum truncatum (Schwein.) Andrus et W.D. Moore is a potential threat in many lentil (Lens culinaris Medik.) production regions of North America. In the lentil germplasm maintained in Germany and North America, 16 lines were reported to have resistance to race Ct1, but none has resistance reported to race Ct0. The objective of this study was to examine accessions of wild Lens species for their resistance to races Ct1 and Ct0 of lentil anthracnose. Five hundred and seventy-four wild accessions of six species and control lines were screened in two replications under both field and greenhouse conditions using a 1–9 scoring scale (1, highly resistant; 2–3, resistant; 4–5, moderately resistant; 6–7, susceptible; and 8–9, highly susceptible). Indianhead and PI 320937 were resistant while Eston and Pardina were susceptible to race Ct1 as expected. However, none of the check lines were resistant to race Ct0. Among the six Lens wild species tested, accessions of Lens ervoides (Brign.) Grande had the highest level of resistance, 3–5 to race Ct1 and Ct0 followed by L. lamottei Czefr. in the field and greenhouse. Lens orientalis (Boiss.), L. odemensis L., L. nigricans (M. Bieb.) Godron and L. tomentosus L. were highly susceptible, 8–9 to race Ct0 in the greenhouse. The highest frequency of resistance, especially in L. ervoides (Brign.) Grande, was found in accessions originating from Syria and Turkey. The usefulness of these L. ervoides (Brign.) Grande accessions as sources of resistance to the more virulent race of anthracnose in a lentil breeding program is discussed.  相似文献

为解决果后熟过程中存在的黄熟程度不均匀、易感炭疽病和蒂腐病等问题,进行几种化学药物的混合物所产生气体催熟果的试验。结果表明:最佳的处理(处理Ⅱ),果黄熟仅需4 d,防炭疽病效果可达93%,防蒂腐病效果可达100%,可溶性固形物含量提高1%以上,轻耗仅为自然后熟的17.38%,果皮色泽鲜艳,果肉硬,风味佳,外观整洁,商品率高。该处理方法简单易行。  相似文献
