本研究介绍了饲料鱼粉螨类的有效防治方法.采用11.5g/m2的磷化铝片剂,分两次间歇熏蒸大量孳生螨类和昆虫的棉纱布袋和编织袋包装的鱼粉,达到了有效杀灭鱼粉中大量孳生的粉尘螨、跗蠊螨、齿蠊螨、河野脂螨、食根嗜木螨、马六甲肉食螨、转开肉食螨、特氏肉食螨等8种螨类和烟草甲、白腹皮蠹、拟白腹皮蠹、赤颈郭公虫、赤足郭公虫、黑菌虫的效果。 相似文献

Resistance to bifenthrin and resistance mechanisms of different strains of the two-spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae) from Turkey 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
Nine different strains of the two-spotted spider miteTetranychus urticae Koch (Acari: Tetranychidae) were collected on cotton from Adana, Antalya, Izmir, Manisa and Urfa in Turkey. Their responses
to bifenthrin were investigated using conventional bioassay and biochemical assays. LC50 and LC90 values of bifenthrin were determined for all strains by using a residual bioassay with a petri dish-spray tower. Resistance
ratios were determined by comparing the samples with a standard susceptible strain, GSS. The resistance ratios of the strains
ranged from <1 to 669-fold (at LC50). Of the investigated field strains, only three (two from Adana and one from Urfa) were resistant to bifenthrin. There was
a correlation between esterase enzyme activity and bifenthrin resistance according to polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and
microtiter plate assays in the three resistant strains.

Companion planting of Cleome gynandra, of Kenyan origin, in beds of cut-flower roses reduces significantly red spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch) infestation without any detrimental effect on productivity or flower quality. The level of reduction is dependent upon the density of the C. gynandra plants with 15 plants in a 1.8 m2 bed (8.3 plants m2) being the most effective, planted either around the bed perimeter or within the rows of roses. The relatively high density of C. gynandra plants required may limit the direct application of this technology in export-focused, greenhouse rose production yet may be of significant value as a supplement to other mite-control strategies. The potential benefits of such companion planting for growers of field roses and those involved in some domestic markets are also evident. Research into the nature and extraction of the active, volatile mite-repellant components of C. gynandra is indicated. 相似文献

A leaf disc bioassay was employed to investigate the influence of host species of deciduous fruit trees, like apple, peach,
plum, cherry and apricot, on the development and reproduction of the hawthorn spider mite Tetranychus viennensis Zacher in the laboratory under conditions of 25±1°C, 60±10% RH and a photoperiod of 16 h: 8 h light: dark. This was done
by determining the duration of each life stage of the mites, the intrinsic rate of population increase (r
m
), mean generation time (T) and net reproductive rate (R
0) of the spider mites on each of the host plant species. Differences in life table parameters of the spider mite among host
plants were analyzed with the jack-knife method. The results indicated that plum might be the best suitable plant for the
spider mite among the plants tested due to shorter developmental period and higher intrinsic rate of increase, whereas cherry
and apricot were least suitable due to their long developmental duration and low intrinsic rates of increase. When the spider
mites were transferred from apple to other fruit trees, negative effects on developmental duration, fecundity and life table
parameters were found in the first generation, but the effects faded out in succeeding generations. When transferred onto
plum and peach, the spider mite adapted to the new hosts in the second generation; however, on cherry and apricot, it adapted
in the third generation.
