| 摘 要： | 本文从高校对家庭经济困难学生的认定和名额分配的总体情况入手,指出其认定和名额分配过程中存在的不足,并以河北农业大学为例,探讨了该校对家庭经济困难学生的认定和名额分配的全面广泛的认定方法、综合平衡的分配方法、方法改良后的实施效果,进而有针对性地提出完善认定标准,核准救助范围;培养学生的诚信意识,提高认定效率;建立科学高效的监督体系,加强助困资源分配的公平性等对策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper will start with the overall situation that the evaluating and distribution of the students of colleges and universities from economically disadvantaged families,pointing out its shortcomings in the evaluating and quota allocation process,and it will take Agricultural University of Hebei,as example,to discusses the broad and overall evaluating methods,comprehensive and balanceable allocation method,implementation effect of the improved method.Furthermore,it will putting forward some suggestions as follows： improving evaluating standards,approveing the scope of the assisted;culturing integrity awareness of the college students,improving the efficiency of evaluating;establishing a scientific and efficient system of supervision,enhancing the fairness of the allocation of resources. |
