| 摘 要： | 分析了陆浑灌区存在的问题,提出了灌区水资源可持续发展的对策。指出只有大幅度地提高水资源利用效率,才能使水资源短缺的问题得到有效的缓解,进而使水资源得到可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The problems in Luhun irrigation area were analyzed,and the countermeasures of water resources sustainable development were put forward.The situation of water shortage could be improved effectively,and the water resource could develop persistently by enhancing utilization efficiency of water resources. |
