| 摘 要： | 通过逆转录-聚合酶链扩增(RT-PCR)反应,建立从猪粪便中检测猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)RNA的方法,以此方法检测了2个猪场8份样本,结果显示6份猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒阳性。

| Abstract: | In this experiment,the RT-PCR for detection of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)RNA from pig feces has been established.8 pig feces samples from 2 pig farms have been detected by this method,the results showed that 6 samples were PRRSV positive. |
