| 摘 要： | 目的]研究中华桫椤总DNA的提取方法。方法]采用SDS法和改良CTAB法提取中华桫椤总DNA，通过电泳检测方法进行比较。结果]用改良CTAB法得到的DNA浓度和纯度都较高，基本上无蛋白质、多糖等杂质。用改良CTAB法得到的总DNA进行ISSR-PCR扩增，谱带清晰，获得较好的效果。结论]为提取高质量的DNA样品奠定了基础，并为探讨中华桫椤自然居群的遗传多样性和种群遗传结构及进一步保护和利用中华桫椤提供了分子遗传学依据，
