沙门氏菌耐药抑制剂止泻作用与急性毒性研究

摘    要:试验研究沙门氏菌耐药抑制剂的止泻作用和急性毒性,为临床应用提供理论基础和实验依据。通过观察沙门氏菌耐药抑制剂对番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻的抑制作用,研究其给小鼠灌胃给药后动物产生的急性毒性反应。急性毒性试验中小鼠未出现死亡,未测出该药的LD50,改测其最大给药量。结果表明,该药能极显著减少小鼠腹泻次数(P<0.01),最大给药剂量为480 g.kg-1 BW。沙门氏菌耐药抑制剂具有显著的止泻作用,口服给药是安全的。

Abstract:This paper studied the antidiarrheal effect and acute toxicity of drug resistance inhibitor of salmonella in order to provide theoretical basis and laboratory evidence for its clinic application.Observed the inhibitory effect of drug resistance inhibitor of salmonella on mice diarrhea caused by senna to research the acute toxicity of this medicine in mice after intragastric administration.In the acute toxicity test,all mice were survive and LD50 could not be calculated,so the maximum administer dosage was determined.The results showed that the frequency of mice diarrhea was significantly reduced by this medicine(P<0.01),the maximum administer dosage was 480 g·kg-1.It indicates that drug resistance inhibitor of salmonella has a significant antidiarrheal effect and is safe for oral administration.
