酸解法提取玉米芯中L-阿拉伯糖的研究

摘    要:为使玉米芯中的L-阿拉伯糖得到更充分的利用,研究了草酸体积分数、水解温度、水解时间对L-阿拉伯糖得率的影响。通过正交试验的方法,以高效液相色谱法所测定的L-阿拉伯糖的得率为指标,确定草酸水解玉米芯制备L-阿拉伯糖的最佳工艺条件为:草酸体积分数1.5%,水解时间1.5 h,水解温度125℃,L-阿拉伯糖的水解得率为3.5%。

Abstract:For the sufficient application of L-arabinose in corn cobs,we investigated the effects of oxalic acid volume fraction,hydrolysis temperature and hydrolysis time on the yield of L-arabinose.The yield of L-arabinose,detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),was taken as the indicator,and the optimal conditions of oxalic acid hydrolysis of corn cobs for L-arabinose production were determined by the orthogonal test:The oxalic acid concentration was 1.5%,the hydrolysis time was 1.5 h,the hydrolysis temperature was 125 ℃,and the yield of L-arabinose by hydrolysis was 3.5%.
