狼尾草对铬的积累及其抗氧化特性研究

摘    要:以狼尾草为材料,采用盆栽试验,在不同质量分数Cr~(6+)胁迫强度下(0,300,600,900,1 200,1 500 mg·kg~(-1)),以POD,SOD,CAT活性作为观测指标,对狼尾草富集Cr~(6+)的富集系数和转运系数进行测定,从而研究Cr~(6+)胁迫下狼尾草部分生理生化指标的变化趋势和机制。结果表明,随着Cr~(6+)胁迫质量分数的增加,狼尾草POD活性呈上升趋势,SOD和CAT活性呈先升后降的变化趋势,且在Cr~(6+)质量分数为300 mg·kg~(-1)时达到最高。在不同质量分数Cr~(6+)的胁迫下,狼尾草对Cr~(6+)的富集系数均0.8,转运系数均0.6,体现了狼尾草对Cr~(6+)有着良好的富集和转运能力。在过高质量分数水平的影响下,酶活性普遍受到抑制,狼尾草生长会出现明显受胁迫症状,甚至死亡。

Abstract:Enzymes are special proteins involved in biochemical reactions in the plant body.Through study on the response of plant enzyme protection system to heavy metals stress,the adversity tolerance of plants for heavy metal elements can be better visualized.Therefore under the different Cr6+ stress intensity (0,300,600,900,1 200,1 500 mg · kg-1),using pot experiment,and the antioxidant enzyme activity POD,SOD,CAT as the index of observation,the Pennisetum alopecuroides enrichment and transfer coefficient of heavy metals of Cr6 + enrichment coefficient was determined,and on this basis,research was conducted on the change trend of some physiological and biochemical indexes and mechanism of Pennisetum alopecuroides under Cr6+ stress.The results showed that with the increase of mass concentration Cr6+ stress,Pennisetum alopecuroides POD enzyme activity was rised,SOD and CAT enzyme activity first increased and then decreased.It reached the highest level when the Cr6+ concentration was at 300 mg · kg-1 Meanwhile,under different concentrations of stress,the Pennisetum alopecuroides enrichment coefficient of Cr6 + was all higher than 0.8,and the transfer coefficient was all higher than 0.6.The results showed that Pennisetum alopecuroides has a good ability of enrichment and transformation of Cr6 + But at a high concentration level,the enzyme activity is generally suppressed,and the growth of the Pennisetum alopecuroides can be significantly stressed,even to death.
