摘    要:以8个不同基因型的小麦品种为材料,在4个不同供氮水平(0,0.05,0.1,2 mmol·L~(-1))下,研究了不同根系形态参数对氮素的响应情况。结果表明,根据不同品种的根系性状对低氮胁迫的响应情况,可以将8个供试小麦品种分为3类:第1类品种以辛石麦和跃进5号为代表,不同根系形态参数对低氮响应较好,但地上部生物量随氮素水平的降低而降低;第2类品种以西农979和陕优225为代表,根系形态参数对低氮响应较差,且地上部生物量随着氮素水平的降低而降低;第3类品种以孟县4号为代表,地上部生物量与根系形态参数均对低氮响应差。

Abstract:In this study,eight wheat cultivars with different genotypes were used to study the effects of the root morphological parameters on nitrogen under four different nitrogen supply levels (0,0.05,0.1,2 mmol · L-1).The responses of different cultivars to different nitrogen levels were investigated according to root traits.The results show that the eight wheat cuhivars can be classified into three categories:The first one,represented by Xinshimai and Yuejin 5,had a significant decrease in aboveground biomass with the decreasing of nitrogen level,but the root parameters had a good response to low nitrogen;The second one,represented by Xinong 979 and Shan you 225,had significant lower shoot biomass with the decrease of nitrogen level,but the root parameters had poor response to low nitrogen;The third one was represented by Mengxian 4,whose the shoot biomass and root parameters had poor response to low nitrogen.
