| 摘 要： | 科研院所项目管理的要求越来越严格,对财务管理也提出了更高的要求.将项目从申报、立项、实施到完成验收的运转全过程纳入财务管理的范畴,主动实施全过程管理,将财务管理贯穿科研项目的始终,才能保质、保量、高效地完成项目实施,合理、有效地使用好项目资金.
