| 摘 要： | 《兽药管理条例》第五十六条第一款对有兽药生产许可证生产假、劣兽药的行为,设定了责令其停止生产的行政处罚。文中对责令停止生产的范围和时限进行了讨论,以期为适用该行政处罚种类时提供参考。

| Abstract: | According the paragraph 1 article 56 of Regulations on Administration of Veterinary Drugs, any entity that produces counterfeit and substandard veterinary drugs with a Veterinary Drug Manufacturing Licence should be ordered to cease production. This article discusses the scope and time limit of the order, look forward to law enforcement agencies in the administrative penalty are in the correct application of law, and to preserve the dignity of the law. |
