| 摘 要： | 目前，发展保健食品已成为当代食品研究和开发的世界潮流，世界各国均已开展了对保健食品的开发研究。我省经济较为落后，但蕴藏着大量丰富的高原生物资源，通过调研青海省保健食品资源及开发状况。提出了几种我省可用于保健食品生产的优势资源，对我省保健食品的开发利用提出建议。
