摘    要:采用BL-阻燃剂溶液浸渍处理杨木单板,通过改变浸渍温度、浓度、时间和干燥温度、含水率等工艺因素,分析阻燃材变色的原因以及影响因素。结果表明,阻燃处理后杨木单板颜色变黄,变深;磷酸与木质素发生缩聚反应是变色的主要原因。单板颜色和氧指数受阻燃处理液浓度影响较大,处理温度和处理时间影响较小。含水率和干燥温度对阻燃材变色有一定影响,含水率越低单板变色越明显,含水率高于4%时,干燥温度对变色影响较小;含水率低于4%时,干燥温度越高,变色越严重。
