摘    要:目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定金花颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用十八烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(15︰85)为流动相,流速为1.00mL/min,检测波长为327nm。结果绿原酸的线性范围为0.04~0.37μg(r=0.9994),平均回收率(n=5)为99.94%(RSD=1.35%)。结论本方法简单、迅速、可靠。

Abstract:Objective To develop an HPLC method for determining chlorogenic acid content in Jinhua Granule.Methods Diamonsil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used as the stationary phase,the mixture of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid(15:85) was served as mobile phase,and its flow rate was at 1.0 mL/min.The wavelength for detection was at 327nm.Results The linearity range was 0.04~0.37μg(r =0.999 4).The average recovery was 99.94%(RSD =1.35%).Conclusion The method is simple,fast and reliable.
