| 摘 要： | 本文应用均衡模拟法对通辽地区地下水，地表水资源及其地表水－地下水相互转化资源进行系统评价。文中提出了水资源的周期评价观点，即评价水资源时应以大周期作为评价时段，那种以任一时段隔评价期的作法是造成评价水资源量偏大或偏小的重要原因，根据上述新观点，我们评价了各项水资源量的年动态变化过程，并进行了月分配评价分析。

| Abstract: | In this paper a systematic evaluation of groundwater resource, surface water resource and groundwater-surface water transformation resource in the studied area is conducted with balance simulation method. The viewpoint of period evaluation is presented, and states that long period should be used as the evaluation time interval and the way of using arbitrary time interval is the main cause resulting in larger or smaller water resource evaluation. According to the new viewpoint mentioned above, the dynamic change of water resource is evaluated, and the distribution of month is evaluated and analysed. |
