四氯乙烯对黄姑鱼幼鱼和三疣梭子蟹的急性毒性

摘    要:采用半静水法,研究了四氯乙烯对黄姑鱼幼鱼和三疣梭子蟹的急性毒性作用。结果表明,在海水pH=7.85~8.04、T=24.4~25.5℃、S=25.9~27.3条件下,四氯乙烯对黄姑鱼幼鱼和三疣梭子蟹的96 h LC50分别为38 mg/L和64 mg/L,95%置信区间分别为28~68 mg/L和44~78 mg/L。四氯乙烯对黄姑鱼幼鱼和三疣梭子蟹的安全浓度分别为0.38 mg/L和0.64 mg/L。四氯乙烯对三疣梭子蟹和黄姑鱼幼鱼的毒性均为低毒。

Acute Toxicity of Ftrachloroethylene on Larval Nibea albiflora and Portuns trituberculatus

Abstract:A method was developed to study the acute toxicity of tetrachloroethylene (PCE) in Portunus trituberculatus and juvenile Nibea albiflora by semi-static water. The results showed that 96 h LC50 values of PCE towards P. trituberculatus and juvenile N. albiflora in the sea water with condition of pH 7.85~8.04, a temperature of 24.4-25.5 ℃, and a salinity of 25.9-27.3 were 64 and 38 mg/L, respectively. 96 h LC50 values with 95% confidence interval were in the range of 44-78 mg/L and 28-68 mg/L, respectively. The safe con-centrations of PCE to P. trituberculatus and juvenile N. albiflora were 0.64 and 0.38 mg/L, respectively. The results indicated that PCE was of low toxicity to P. trituberculatus and juvenile N. albiflora.
