摘    要:采用日本园试配方,探讨4种不同栽培基质对三叶菜生长发育的影响。试验结果表明,不同栽培基质对三叶菜的生物量、植株体内营养元素和叶绿素含量的影响不同,蛭石处理的三叶菜株高最高,根系最长,叶面积、植株鲜质量和干质量最大,Na和Cu元素含量最高;泥炭处理的三叶菜叶绿素、多种营养元素含量最高;泥炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1处理的三叶菜叶片数量最多。综合分析,蛭石处理最适合三叶菜的生长发育,其整体长势最好,且对其营养价值的提升有很大作用。

Abstract:The effects of four different cultivation substrates on the growth and development of Medicago sativa L. were studied by using Japanese garden test formula. The results showed that different cultivation substrates had different effects on the biomass, nutritional elements and chlorophyll content of M. sativa L.. The vermiculite-treated plant had the highest plant height, the longest root system, the largest leaf area, fresh weight and dry weight, and the highest content of Na and Cu. The peat-treated plant had the highest content of chlorophyll and multiple nutrients. The plant treated by the substrate peat∶perlite=2∶1 had the most leaves. Comprehensively analyzed, vermiculite treatment was most suitable for the growth of M. sativa L., and its overall growth was the best. Besides, vermiculite treatment played an important role in improving the nutritional value of M. sativa L..
