沼渣混配基质对黄瓜和番茄生长、产量及品质的影响

摘    要:为实现固体废弃物资源化应用,减少无土栽培基质生产成本,以黄瓜和番茄为试验材料,将沼渣、醋糟、蛭石按一定比例混配,研究混配基质在黄瓜和番茄育苗与栽培中的应用效果。试验结果表明,混配基质T_4(沼渣∶醋糟∶蛭石=4∶4∶2)黄瓜出苗率、壮苗指数、根系活力等均较高,分别比对照增加了7.95%、17.65%和32.14%;混配基质T_6(沼渣∶醋糟∶蛭石=2∶6∶2)番茄出苗率、株高、茎粗、根系活力、壮苗指数等高于其他处理。另外,混配基质T_4黄瓜和番茄叶绿素含量和光合速率较高,产量、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白及维生素C含量最高。综上所述,沼渣混配基质T_4和T_6可分别作为黄瓜和番茄育苗基质,获得优质壮苗;沼渣混配基质T_4可作为黄瓜和番茄栽培基质。

Abstract:In order to realize the utilization of organic solid waste and reduce the production cost of soilless substrate,the application effect of mixed substrates on the seedling raising and cultivation of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)and tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.)was studied by mixing the biogas residue,vinegar residue and vermiculite in certain proportions.The results showed that germination rate,seedling index,root vigor of cucumber in the mixed substrate treatment T4(the proportion of biogas residue,vinegar residue and vermiculite was 4∶4∶2)were higher,which were increased by 7.95%,17.65%and 32.14%compared with those of control respectively.The germination rate,plant height,stem diameter,root vigor and seedling index of tomato in the mixed substrate treatment T6(the proportion of biogas residue,vinegar residue and vermiculite was 2∶6∶2)were higher than other treatments.The mixed substrate treatment T4 of cucumber and tomato had higher chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate,and possessed the highest yield,soluble sugar,soluble protein and vitamin C.In conclusion,these results indicated that the two biogas residue mixed substrate treatments T4 and T6 could be the substrates for cucumber and tomato to obtain healthy seedlings,and the biogas residue mixed substratetreatment T4 could be the substrate for cucumber and tomato cultivation.
