| Abstract: | Having found the analysis method for the degree of freedom,the mechanical model for an articulated vehicle under the static steering is established in the view of mechanics in this paper.The moment of static steering resistance and its characteristics of an articulated vehicle with single or double driving axles are analyzed and calculated in the view of dynamics.It is proved by experiment that the theoretic analysis methods are correct.The moment of static steering resistance is the maximum moment of steering resistance,and it is also the basic data for steering system design. |
