陆地棉杂交组合品质性状杂种优势及配合力分析

摘    要:采用5个具有抗虫基因的陆地棉材料作母本,6个不同类型的非抗虫棉材料作父本,按照不完全双列杂交设计(NCⅡ设计)组配30个杂交组合。分析杂交组合F1代主要纤维品质性状的杂种优势、配合力及相关性。结果表明,棉花5个品质性状中除伸长率外,其他都有不同程度的正向杂种优势;5个品质性状母本间、父本间一般配合力效应大多达显著和极显著水平;母本中以D17、中41的一般配合力效应最好;父本中以百农527、HN68一般配合力效应最好,F1表现与双亲一般配合力及总配合力呈极显著正相关。

Abstract:In this trial,the(NC Ⅱ design)group allocated 30 crosses were made with five upland cotton with insect-resistant gene as female and six different types of cotton varieties without insect-resistant as male by incomplete double hybrid design,the hybrid advantage strength,relevance and correlation of the main fiber quality characters of F_1 were analyzed.The results showed that all five largest quality traits of cotton except elongation rate had a significant positive heterosis;the GCA effect of the five largest quality traits of cotton reached a significant level(5%or 1%level)in female and in male;the effect of D17 and ZHONG 41 of the GCA in female was the best,the effect of Bainong 527,HN 68 of the GCA in male was the best;F1 values and parents GCA and the total combining ability showed significant positive correlation.
