摘    要:胚性悬浮细胞是禾谷类作物原生质体培养的理想材料。本文研究了水稻广亲和中粳品系02428胚性悬浮细胞系建立过程中的细胞学动态变化,结果表明:建成的胚性悬浮细胞系(后期悬浮细胞系)和前、中期悬浮细胞系相比较,细胞团内细胞结合紧凑,细胞壁簿,细胞质浓厚,颗粒状内含物丰富,细胞活力强,质膜凹陷较浅,较平整,质膜强度高。本研究结果从细胞学角度初步探讨了水稻胚性悬浮细胞系适应于原生质体培养的机理。

Abstract:Embryogenic suspension cell is ideal material of protoplast culture of gramineous plants. Taking 02428 (medium japonica rice)with wide compatibility for example,the authors studied the cytological changes during the establishment of embryogenic cell suspension line of rice. The results show that: the embryogenic cell suspension lines (the cell suspension lines of later phase) are composed of cells of thin wall,dense cytoplasm,many granular structure,strong viability,not rough and solid membrane . Based on these results ,the authors preliminarily discussed the mechanism of embryogenic cell suspension line suitable for protoplast culture.
