分子印迹膜修饰丝网印刷电极快速测定饲料中的沙丁胺醇

摘    要:以裸丝网印刷电极(SPE)为载体原位合成分子印迹膜(MIM),制得分子印迹膜修饰丝网印刷电极(MIM-SPE),从而建立MIM-SPE检测沙丁胺醇(SAL)的方法。首先通过SPE获得标准液中SAL的电化学行为图像,并计算得到标准曲线:I=2.9818+0.14302c,R=0.998,检测限为0.9mg/L,检测的线性范围为1.0~6.0mg/L;再用修饰电极测定SAL,得到标准方程:I=8.9433+0.79294c,R=0.996,检测的线性范围为0.50~8.0mg/L,检测限为0.2mg/L。该方法平均回收率可达86.7%,准确率为100%,存在相似干扰物的情况下,检出量为94.8%以上,结果比较理想。另外,此方法检测单个样品用时仅为150s,因此MIM-SPE可以方便快速检测SAL,检测成本较低,适用于现场的大批样品快速筛选工作。

Rapid Detection of Salbutamol in Feed on a Molecularly Imprinted Membrane Modified Screen-Printed Electrode

Abstract:Molecularly imprinted membrane(MIM)was synthesized in situ on the nude screen printing electrode(SPE)to develop a novel MIM-SPE technique for salbutamol(SAL)detection.Firstly,the images of electrochemical behavior of SAL in standard liquid were obtained by SPE,then standard curve equation was calculated as:I(current)= 2.9818 + 0.14302c (concentration of SAL),R = 0.998,with the minimum detectable limit of 0.9 mg/L and the linear detectable range of 1.0-6.0 mg/L.Secondly,the equation of the standard curve of SAL that detected by modified electrodes was established:I= 8.9433 + 0.79294c,R= 0.996,the minimum detectable limit and the linear detectable range were 0.2 mg/L and 0.50-8.0 mg/L,respectively.The average recovery rate of this method was 86.7% with 100% accuracy.Even if similar interferents existed,the detection level was higher than 94.8%,so the results were ideal.In addition,the process time was only about 150 s.It can be concluded that this method is rapid,simple,low cost and thus suitable for field analysis and rapid detection of large number of samples.
