纳米硒对肉鸡肝脏硒含量和抗氧化能力的影响

摘    要:试验选用1日龄艾维茵(Avian)肉鸡225只,随机分为5个处理组,每组设3个重复,研究纳米硒对肉鸡肝脏硒含量和抗氧化能力的影响。在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上添加纳米硒0、0.15、0.3、0.6、1.2mg/kg,基础日粮组为对照组,试验期6周。结果表明:42日龄时,日粮中添加纳米硒显著提高了肝脏总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力、总超氧化物歧化酶活力、抑制羟自由基能力(P<0.05),显著降低了肝脏丙二醛含量、一氧化氮含量(P<0.05),极显著提高了肝脏硒含量(P<0.01)。而且随日粮中纳米硒添加量的增加,肝脏抗氧化能力和硒含量均呈二次曲线关系。因此,肉鸡日粮中纳米硒的适宜添加水平为0.7~1.0mg/kg。

Abstract:Two hundred and twenty five on-day-old Avian broiler chickens were randomly divided into 5 treatments to determine the effects of nano -selenium on the selenium concentration and antioxidant abilities in liver of broiler chickens.All treatments were replicated 3 times.The supplementation of nano-selenium was 0,0.15,0.3,0.6 mg/kg and 1.2 mg/kg for each treatment,respectively.The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed that compared with the control at 42 day,the total antioxidant ability,the glutathione peroxidase,the total superoxide dismutase activities,the inhibiting of hydroxyl free radical ability in liver were increased significantly(P < 0.05);the maleic dialdehyde concentration the NO concentration in liver decreased significantly(P < 0.05);the selenium concentration in liver were increased extremely significantly(P < 0.01).Thus we can draw a corrclusion that the appropriate dietary of adding nano-se is 0.7~1.0 mg/kg.
