模糊综合评判法在水库洪水调度方案评价中的应用

摘    要:引入模糊综合评判的概念,并选取对洪水预报和洪水调度质量评价影响较大的8个因素,通过层次分析法获得各评价指标的权重,在对洪水预报和洪水调度两方面分别进行单因素综合评判的基础上,对调度方案整体进行了多因素综合评判。该评价模型对水库洪水调度软件的设计和运用具有重要的实用价值。

The application of fuzzy judge method on flood dispatching project in reservoir

Abstract:In order to evaluate the result of flood forecast and the project of flood dispatching,the fuzzy judge model was applied in this paper.8 factors,which have great influence on flood forecast and the project of flood dispatching,were considered for the selecting of assess index,and their weight can be obtained through AHP method.Primarily,the comprehensive judgment which based on the single factor was carried out to forecast flood and flood dispatching respectively,then,the multi-factor comprehensive judgment was carried out to the whole dispatching project.In this paper,the fuzzy judge model has important application values to the designing and application of flood dispatching software.
