农药混剂对害虫抗药性发展影响的探讨

摘    要:综合分析了从1977~1996年间23例杀虫剂混剂对10种害虫抗药性影响的实验。结果表明:以模型得出的理论结果与实际情况有较大的差距。一个混剂能否延缓害虫的抗药性,室内和田间的实验结果才是最可靠的,而不能单纯依靠模型的估计。不同作用机制的药剂混配不一定都能够延缓抗药性,而作用机制相近的药剂混配也未必都不能延缓抗药性。多数有机磷与拟除虫菊酯组成的混剂能明显延缓抗药性发展。

Abstract:This paper reviewed and analized about the effects of 23 kinds of insecticide mixtures on insecticide resistance development in 10 species of pests from 1977 to 1996. It was found that theory mode could not reflect the actual situation completely. The best method to evaluate the effect of insecticide mixture on insecticide resistance development is laboratory and field experiments, instead of theory model. Not all mixtures consisting of insecticides with different modes of actions could delay insecticide resistance development, and not all mixture consisting of insecticides with similar modes of actions could not delay insecticide resistance development. Most of mixtures consisting of an organophosphorus insecticide and a pyrethroid insecticide could delay insecticide resistance development obviously. These results may provide valuable references to agricultural production and research.
