防治绿豆根腐病药剂筛选

摘    要:为筛选出高效、低毒、安全的防治绿豆根腐病的药剂,通过室内盆栽和田间试验的方法,对供试的5种药剂进行室内安全性和田间防效试验,结果表明,25%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS、25 g·L-1升咯菌腈FS和38%多·福·克SD对绿豆生长安全,对绿豆根腐病都有一定的防治效果。其中,拌种量为0.3%的25%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS防治效果最好,持效期长,出苗10、30 d防治效果分别为84.9%、51.7%。25%噻虫·咯·霜灵FS可作为防治绿豆根腐病的首选药剂。

Abstract:In order to select high efficiency,low toxicity and safe agentia for the prevention and control of root rot on mung bean, indoor security and field control effect of 5 kinds of agentia were tested by the methods of indoor pot and field test. The results showed that 25%Thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M FS,25 g·L-1 Fludioxonil FS and 38%Carbendazim·thiram·Carbofuran SD was safe for the growth of mung bean. 25%Thiamethoxam·fludioxonil·metalaxyl-M FS with 0.3%seed amount had the best effect of treatment. The control efficacy was 84.9% and 51.7% after 10 days,30 days of seedlings emergence. 25% Thiamethoxam·fludiox-onil·metalaxyl-M FS could be used as the preferred agentia for mung bean root rot.
