摘    要:以1a生鸠坑种为试材,设置覆草、间作鼠茅草、覆膜及不覆盖(对照)4种处理,研究不同覆盖模式下土壤温度和水分的变化,以及对叶片质膜透性、丙二醛含量、根系活力等生理指标的影响.结果表明:覆盖处理能明显提高土壤温度,保持土壤水分.其中覆草处理土壤保温效果最好,处理与对照间差异显著(P<0.05);覆膜处理保水效果最好,其次为覆草处理,平均值较对照分别提高9.23%和5.81%,且处理与对照间、处理与处理间在保水效果上都存在极显著差异(P<0.01).同时,覆盖处理能维持膜系统和根系活力的稳定,且与对照间存在显著差异(P<0.05),但处理间差异不明显.综合考虑,覆盖是保证茶树安全越冬的有效措施,且覆草与间作鼠茅草效果较好.

Abstract:Taking one-year-old Camellia sinensis cv.Jiukengzhong as materials,the effects of four processors(straw mulching,Vulpia myuros C.Gmelin interplanting,plastic film mulching and CK)on the soil temperature,moisture,the membrane permeability,content of MDA of leaves and the root vitality were studied.The results showed that the mulching could make a significant improvement of the soil temperature and soil moisture.Compared with CK,straw mulching had a remarkable warming effect(P<0.05);plastic film mulching and straw mulching had better effect on soil moisture,the average valve could be improved by 9.23% and 5.81% separately,and all forms of mulching had an observably effect(P<0.01).Simultaneously,mulching played an important role in maintaining stability of leaves membrane permeability and root vitality(P<0.05),but no significant difference existed among processors.In conclusion,mulching was an effective measure against chilling injury for tea plant,and straw mulching and Vulpia myuros C.Gmelin interplanting had a better effect.
