番茄抗叶霉病基因Cf-11的AFLP分子标记

摘    要:本试验分析了组合HN16(感病品种)×HN42(抗病品种)的杂交后代F1、F2对番茄叶霉病菌1.2.3.4生理小种的抗病反应。经人工接种鉴定表明,两个亲本间抗、感差异明显,父本HN42表现抗病,母本HN16表现感病;F2群体抗病与感病株数的分离比为3.17:1.00,符合3:1的分离比例。遗传分析结果表明,父本HN42对番茄叶霉病菌1.2.3.4生理小种的抗性是由单基因控制的显性性状。筛选到4个与抗番茄叶霉病基因Cf-11连锁的AFLP分子标记,分别为E54M37-G、E62M61-A、E85M79-D和E62M59-G,与Cf-11的遗传距离分别为10.1、12.3、14.5、18.8cM。

Abstract:Resistance to race 1.2.3.4 of Cladosporium fulvum was due to a single dominant gene through crossing HN16(susceptible) with HN42(resistant). The results indicated that the difference of two parents resistance was obvious, the male parent HN42 showed resistant and the female parent HN16 was susceptible. The ratio of resistance and susceptibility of F2 population was 3.17:1.00, accorded with the ratio of 3:1.
