| 摘 要： | 报道了4个大花蕙兰品种(小提琴,C.’Violin’,维多利亚C.’Victory’,月亮女神C.Pine Clash’Moon Ve-nus’,威利金C.’Willy Gold’)的制种试验结果。品种本身的遗传特性对这4个品种的坐果率有较强影响。其他因素相同时,月亮女神和小提琴的坐果率可以达到80%以上,威利金不结实。威利金与维多利亚杂交,坐果率可以达到20.0%(正交)和36.7%(反交)。单株(单箭)授粉花朵的数量和授粉后肥水管理,是重要的外界影响因子。对月亮女神,单株授粉花数从6朵增加到21朵时,坐果率从100%下降到19.0%。肥水管理不当会引起花果败育,导致坐果率下降。对茎腐病的抗性可作为子代性状早期测定的重要指标。

| Abstract: | The authors conducted research on seed production of 4 cymbidium varieties(C.'Violin',C.'Victory',C.Pine Clash 'Moon Venus',C.'Willy Gold').Fruit setting rate is greatly influenced by genetic character of varieties.Fruit setting rate of 'Violin' and 'Moon Venus' reached more than 80%,whereas 'Willy Gold' was zero,under the same conditions.For 'Victory'and 'Willy Gold',crossed fruit rates were 20.0%(positive) and 36.7%(negative),respectively.Other important factors are the number of pollinated flowers per plants(scape),and the management of manure and water.The fruit setting rate decreased from 100% to 19.0% when the number of pollinated flowers per plant increased from 6 to 21.Inappropriate manure and watering resulted in the failure of fruits and flowers,and led to low fruit setting rate.Resistance to Phytophthora cactoum was an important indicator for the estimate of offspring. |
