| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了以ODS色谱柱，UV210nm为检测波长，用乙腈＋异丙醇＋水（25mmoL／L磷酸二氯钾用磷酸调节pH约3）=25＋5＋70（V/V/V）做流动相，对复硝酚钠水剂中的邻硝基苯酚钠、对硝基苯酚钠、5-硝基邻甲氧基苯酚钠、2,4-二硝基苯酚钠（不是1．8％复硝酚钠水荆的组成，是杂质）进行液相色谱定量分析的方法，该方法变异系数分别为0．018％、0．020％、0．0521％、0．15％；线性相关系数分别为09928、0．9946、0．9949、0．9964：平均回收率分别为100．1％、99.2％、99．4％、99．8％。

| Abstract: | This paper reported a specific quantitative analytical method for sodium nitrophenolate 1.8% AS by reverse phase HPLC using acetonitrile+isopropanol+water=25+5+70(V/V/V)as mobile phase,ODS column,UV210nm detection.The results showed that the coefficients of variation were 0.018%?0.020%?0.052%?0.15%;the linear correlations were 0.992 8?0.9946?0.994 9?0.996 4 and recoveries were 100.1%?99.2%?99.4%?99.8% respectively. |
