灵芝生产用种的亲缘关系研究

摘    要:利用RAPD技术对生产中常用的灵芝属 8个菌株的亲缘关系进行了分析。根据UPGMA构建的树状图表明 :8个菌株在较低的相似水平上可以分成 3个明显不同的组 :第 1组包括黑芝 (Ganodermaatrum)、松杉灵芝 (Ganodermatsugae)、圆芝 (Ganodermarotundatum)、灵芝 0 770 (Ganodermalucidum 0 770 )和韩国灵芝 (GanodermalucidumHG) ;第 2组包括密纹灵芝 (Ganodermacrebrostriatum)和紫灵芝 (Ganodermasinense) ;第 3组为树舌灵芝 (Ganodermaapplanatum)。这一结果与经典分类结果基本相符 ,表明RAPD技术可以用来区分生产中一些常用的灵芝种 ,同时说明灵芝生产用种之间遗传差异较大 ,可能是造成灵芝产品研究比较混乱的重要原因。

Abstract:RAPD technique was employed to analyze the genetic relationship among 8 popular commercial strains of Ganoderma .The dendrogram derived from RAPD data by UPGMA indicated that these strains could be divided into three distinct genetic groups at the levels of low similarity:the first group included Ganoderma atrum , Ganoderma tsugae , Ganoderma rotundatum , Ganoderma lucidum 0770 and Ganoderma lucidum HG;the second group included Ganoderma crebrostriatum and Ganoderma sinense ;the third group was Ganoderma applanatum .This result was in accordance with that of traditional classification of Ganoderma ,which proved that RAPD might be a useful and rapid tool for identifying commercial strains of Ganoderma. It was also suggested that the distinguished genetic differences among these strains,might be the possible reasons for the mistakes in the study of Ganoderma products.
