| 摘 要： | 本研究选取水平扩展系数、水平生长速率、垂直生长速率、单位周长匍匐茎数和最长匍匐茎长度5个指标,对不同地理分布的33份国内外野生狗牙根种源和源自中国、澳大利亚和美国的22份狗牙根品种之间的营养繁殖差异进行初步评定,以明确中国狗牙根种质的营养繁殖。结果表明,国内外狗牙根之间表现出丰富的多样性,变异系数在35.10％~82.31%,平均为57.26%,国内狗牙根种源之间差异较大,且国内种源变异范围大于国外狗牙根品种,国内狗牙根种源和育种材料的垂直生长速度明显低于国外品种;相关指标间除垂直生长速率外都存在着极显著相关性,相关系数最高达到0.957;通过SPSS 13.0软件进行聚类,55份代表性狗牙根种源(品种)被分为3大类,即匍匐茎快速繁殖型、中间型和匍匐茎慢速繁殖型,其中,匍匐茎快速繁殖型均为中国本土种源。
