| 摘 要： | 目的探讨更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的临床效果.方法单疱病毒性角膜炎患者104例均为单眼发病.根据治疗方案分为两组,采用阿昔洛韦滴眼液治疗患者52例为对照组,采用更昔洛韦眼用凝胶治疗患者52例为观察组,疗程3周,随访1a,比较两组患者的治疗时间、治疗效果、不良反应及复发情况.结果观察组患者浅层型、深层型、混合型单疱病毒性角膜炎治疗时间均明显少于对照组,观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组患者不良反应发生率、复发率均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论更昔洛韦眼用凝胶和阿昔洛韦滴眼液均是治疗单疱病毒性角膜炎的有效药物.更昔洛韦眼用凝胶的治疗效果更好,可明显缩短患者的治疗时间,不良反应少,且复发率低,值得临床推广使用.

Observation on Curative Effect of Ganciclovir Ophthalmic Gel and Aciclovir Eye Drops in the Treatment of Herpes Simplex Keratitis |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and aciclovir eye drops in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 104 patients with monocular herpes simplex keratitis were randomly divided into two groups. 52 patients treated with aciclovir eye drops were taken as control group. 52 patients treated with ganciclovir ophthalmic gel as observation group. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. The patients were followed up for 1 year after they were discharged. The treatment time,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of drugs and the recurrence of disease were compared between two groups. Results The treatment times of shallow type,deep type and mixed type herpes simplex keratitis in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Ganciclovir ophthalmic gel and aciclovir eye drops are effective drugs for treating herpes simplex keratitis. However,the therapeutic effect of ganciclovir ophthalmic gel is better,which can significantly shorten the treatment time,induce less adverse reactions and lower the recurrence rate,indicating that it is worthy of clinical use. |
