| 摘 要： | 聘用学生馆员参与图书馆管理已成为我国高校图书馆解决人力资源不足与信息服务需求激增的矛盾和提高服务 质量的重要手段。本文分析了学生馆员参与图书馆工作的意义及存在的问题，并就如何完善学生馆员管理工作提出了建议。 |

| Abstract: | Employment of undergraduate librarians has become an important measure for the solution of contradictions between insufficient human power resources and growing information service need, as well as for the improvement of information service in college and university libraries. The role and problems of undergraduate librarians in college and university libraries were analyzed with certain suggestions proposed for their management. |
