| 摘 要： | 对热带作物品种资源研究所国家木薯种质资源圃的600份木薯种质在自然低温条件下的出苗率和株高进行调查评价.结果发现:马来西亚和泰国木薯种质的出苗率较高,转基因木薯种质的出苗率较低；在我国主栽木薯品种中,华南201、桂热5号、新选048、华南205、桂热4号和桂热3号的出苗率和苗期长势均较好.

| Abstract: | Investigation and evaluation of the seedling rate and plant height of 600 cassava germplasm under lower air temperature at
the National Garden of Cassava Germplasm in Tropical Crops Genetic Resources Institute were carried cut. The results showed that the cassava germplasm which came from Malaysia and Thailand had higher seedling rate, the transgenic varieties had lower seedling rate. In the main cultivars of China, SC201, Guire5, Xinxuan048, SC205, Guire4 and Guire3 had higher seedling rate and grew better at seedling stage. |
