| Abstract: | Satisfying the users＇ information needs is an important task of public information service system. The information resources are deficient in western library. So, this article discussed that a regional information resources guarantee system should be set up by the alliance of local governments and related departments, such as agricultural bureau, science and technology bureau, education bureau and so on, to meet the information demands of different users, and promote local economic development and improve people＇s living standards. |
