| 摘 要： | 围绕新世纪新阶段"三农"工作实际,探讨了梧州市发展新型农村经济合作组织的必要性,分析了该市新型农村经济合作组织的3种形式和特点,并针对各自形式存在的问题提出相应的对策;对农业生产协会应选好协会负责人,尽量避免行政干预,完善各项制度,提升整体实力;对农业龙头企业 其他 农户应加强组织制度建设, 因地制宜选择龙头企业和农户的连接方式,加强技术指导和服务,创新利益联结机制,实行农业产业化经营;对农业生产专业使用社应充分发挥人才、科技等要素的作用,建立农业投资新机制,实行信息公开,有效解决交易双方信息不对称问题.
