| 摘 要： | 乡镇企业在国民经济发展中占有举足轻重的地位，但是，随着市场竞争的加剧，乡镇企业的一些先天不足的因素日益暴露，制约了乡镇企业的进一步发展，搞好乡镇企业二次创业成为当务之急。通过对老河口市乡镇企业发展现状的调查，找出其存在的问题，并对其努力实现“二次创业”的对策进行了探索与思考。
