摘    要:1981~1990连续10年进行稻瘟病菌生理小种类群及分布的研究,先后对总计435个菌株鉴定为7群12~18个小种。在明确各地区小种分布的同时,确定各地优势小种一直为ZG群,与生产上栽培品种抗性保持相对稳定的情况相一致。用日本单基因品种对多数菌株进行致病力测定,具有Pi—Z~t,Pi—b,Pi—ta,Pi—ta~2,Pi—K~m基因型的品种致病率较低,对其它基因型品种致病率较高。稻瘟病菌变异的研究表明,从不同地区,不同品种的穗颈稻瘟病斑上分离的单孢,接种鉴定所属小种有差异;同一病斑上多次继代分离的单孢,其生理小种差异也很大。由此证明稻瘟病菌生理小种有很大变异性。

Abstract:In the ten years (1981-1990) of study on Rice Blast fungus physiological races, a total of 435 Rice Blast fungus isolates were identified and classified into 7 groups, 12-18 species. The characters of species distribution in different areas were found, and Group ZG was identified to be the dominant race. This was consistant with the resistant stability of cul-tivars. The virulence of the most isolates was determined with Japanese single-gene varieties, with lower virulence to Pi-Z1, Pi-b, Pi-ta, Pi-ta2, Pi-Km genotype varieties, and higher virulence to other varieties. Studies on variability of Rice Blast fungus showed that single spores of Rice ear-stem Blast isolated from different varieties or areas, belonged to different races. The physiological races of single spores from the same disease spot showed much difference after subscultures therefore, the variablity of Rice Blast fungus physiological Races was high.
