禾谷镰刀菌毒素对小麦叶组织超微结构的影响

摘    要:电子显微镜观察发现,在禾谷镰刀菌粗毒素的作用下,小麦不同抗赤霉病品种三叶期的叶片细胞超微结构将发生显著变化,如质膜内陷和断裂,叶绿体膜、线粒体膜和细胞核结构被破坏,细胞器的基质电子密度下降。损害发生最早最严重的是质膜和叶绿体膜。抗病品种比感病品种的超微结构受害轻、反应迟。

Abstract:Under the treatment of crude toxin from Fusarium graminearum, the obvious change on the leaf cell ultrastructure of different resistant cultivars at 3-leaf stage of wheat was observed by electron microscope, such as invaginate and breaking of plasma membrane, the membrane being broken of chloroplast and plastosome, the damage of nucleus structure. At the same time, organelle electron-dense declined. The damage of plasma and chloroplast membrane occurred earliest and seriously. The effect of crude toxin on cell ultrastructure was heavier and faster on susceptible cultivars than on resistant cultivars.
