摘    要:新椒4号是以朝天73-8为母本,七寸红为父本杂交经系统选育而成。该品种果实线形细长,果长14~16cm,粗1.2cm,果面皱折较多,单果鲜重3~5g;红熟鲜果干缩率30%~40%,味辛辣,易制干。新椒4号对病毒病、疫病有一定抗耐性,均优于对照品种石线2号

Abstract:Xinjiao No. 4 was a variety selected from the progeny of the cross of inbred line Chaotian 73-8 and Qicunhong . Its fruits are elongate (14~16cm in length and 1.2cm in width), wrinkled, very pungent, easy to dry. Average weight per fruit is 3~5g. Dry matter of red matured fruits was 30%~40%. It showed some resistance to viral diseases and Phytophthora Blight, both better than the control cultivar─Shixian No. 2.
